Tradition services installed a tankless water heater. The work was done promptly by extremely courteous technicians. I have been a customer of Traditions Services for many years and I am continually impressed with their quality of service and very comfortable recommending their company for any plumbing or ac repair.

Gary has been here since 9 this morning and is just leaving at 6 . He worked with Center Point to have meters installed and tested. We have converted from propane gas to natural gas. Gary did it all! One stop shop! We have a tankless water heater, furnace and generator. He found a way to get it all done and even found a way to save us money! He is so knowledgeable, hard working for sure and kind. He treated me like my sons do, kindness and respect.

The technicians did a very good job due to the tight area they has to work in installing new air ducts in our attic. We were very pleased with the work. They cleaned up the area after the work was completed. Also, they were very polite and friendly.

Gary Cahion with Tradition Services, went above and beyond the service call to fix my issues with my Generac Home generator. Previously, I had two other companies come out, to fix it but never could figure it out and just charged me a service fee. Gary immediately troubleshooting the problem. He was very knowledgeable and highly skilled at repairing the issues. Gary gave me a piece of mind knowing my home generator will work appropriately. I highly recommend Gary and Tradition Services!

I highly recommend this company! Gary was absolutely amazing! He thoroughly evaluated the issue with my tankless water heater and took the time to fix the problem all while explaining every step. Sergio came out today to do our annual check up on our AC system. He is super friendly and very knowledgeable about what is happening with our systems. We have been using Titan for about five years now. We will always recommend this company. If I could put more than five stars I would.

Sergio was awesome! He was super knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and the most helpful service provider I have ever met. I am currently recovering from a surgery, and he needed access to my attic to finish the services (which was blocked in the garage by two vehicles, a bike rack, a ladder, and a couple boxes). So, as I was moving the vehicles out of the way, he actually moved the rest of the stuff for me! THAT is above and beyond service (not to mention he swept the areas where he worked)! I hope I never need to use his services again...but if I find myself in a situation where his services CAN be requested, you better believe I am going to give Titan a call and request Sergio! Well done my man.

After several failed attempts by another HVAC Company in the Magnolia area - Titan identified my HVAC problem (condenser line leak) and corrected it the same day. I was told by another company that the evaporator coil needed to be replaced.

Bottom line - It’s very easy to be misled and taken advantage of in this business. Titan is an honest, reliable company with great technicians that you can TRUST!

Sergio diagnosed the issue quickly resolved the immediate problem and came back another day to fix another issue. He also adjusted the air flow to help the upstairs to be the same temperature as downstairs.

I recently had the pleasure of having Justin fix the heater thermostat at my house, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained the necessary repairs in a way that was easy to understand.

We had an issue overnight that caused one of our two air-conditioning units to shut down. Called Titan Comfort Solutions, with whom we have a maintenance agreement, within three hours we had a service technician arrive at the house. He identified the problem as being an exposed electrical wire on the outside of the house. The problem was corrected. Thankful to "Titan" for the quick response, and suburb technician (Carlos).
