The guys from Air Monkey did a great job for me and my family. Our A/C was underperforming and we had moisture leading to other problems. They found the cause and gave me several options on how we could deal with it in order to work with both our time and budget. I highly recommend this company for anything HVAC!

Air Monkey is the best AC/Heating company I’ve had in The Woodlands. They are responsive, don’t try to oversell you, and willing to explain their troubleshooting (to a nosy engineer). A+

I want to give a shout out to @airmonkeyac On the first night of Hurricane Harvey we had a power surge that blew a hole in our AC. These guys were here the next morning helping me. It couldn't be repaired, so while waiting for the replacement unit they lent us a portable unit and have walked with us each step of the way. They have now installed the new one and we are cooling down! I really appreciate everything they have done for us!

Air Monkey AC technician Colby came out to diagnose the condition of our hvac units one inactive for years. Colby checked the units compressor, ductwork etc. We were impressed with the care, courtesy and time spent prior giving us his recommendation. It should be noted that Air Monkey AC responded immediately after requesting their services and kept communication open.

Hunter, our Sir Monkey a/c service guy came out and figured out exactly what was going on! Repaired it quickly and was on his way ! Highly recommend Air Monkey!! Phenomenal job!!

I had this company 3 times to check my unit.
One time it was a thermostat issue.
Second time it was a blower fan issue
3rd time they came to do a tune up, the very next day the coil went bad, does not see like a coincidence to me and they sent me a quote for 4K to replace it … wow.

Love these guys. Hunter always takes the time to explain what he has done on the system. What I should do to keep the system healthy. Love the way he takes care of us like we were family.

My upstairs AC unit stopped working on the afternoon of 7/22/2025, one of the hottest days we have had this summer. I called Air Monkey at 2:47 pm to request service. The technician was at my door at 4:05pm same day, and was able to fix the problem, which was a capacitor. Unbelievably fast response, knowledgeable professional technician, very fair pricing. Would absolutely recommend Air Monkey.

These folks are great. They arrive within the time window and are quick and efficient. They do yearly checks for me for both my AC and heating, and it’s affordable.

I had a great experience working with Air Monkey AC. I had a cracked drain pan and my unit was only 10 years old but if I just placed the coil i would have been replacing the whole unit in about 5 years. So I elected to get it all done now instead of waiting. Air Monkey AC gave me a great price and a well efficient unit. I was very pleased with the work that Cole and his team did.

Excellent service and price!

My A/C went out on a Monday afternoon and after my regular A/C guy couldn't make it by the same day to take a look, I called Air Monkey. Tyler answered right away and said he could have someone by that day. He sent over a fantastic technician named Colby who showed up within a couple hours from my call. Colby diagnosed the issue as low refrigerant due to a leak in my system (this put a block of ice over my evaporator coil blocking air from flowing though). Because of the age of my unit and because the original refrigerant in my unit is difficult to get, I opted for a complete replacement of the evaporator coil (inside unit) and condenser (outside unit). The next day, at 10 a.m., Colby returned with a couple extra hands and they had my new units installed and running by 2:30 p.m., (only about 24 hrs since my initial call to Air Monkey). The new A/C system got my house cooled down within hours and we've been living in the often overlooked and underappreciated luxury of well-running A/C since that day!

The price I paid was a great value for the quality of work they delivered. Extend that to the excellent customer service and turnaround time, and Air Monkey can't be beat. They will be my first call for A/C services from now on.
