Outstanding service!!! Our unit went out on a Sunday afternoon and I called Monday morning and they had a technician out by 9:45 am. Jerry was wonderful to deal with and communicated every detail to me as well as gave us a very fair price!

It's hard to find a service tech company of any kind that you can trust. Its equally hard to find one willing to help, wherever they can, and is genuinely a good person. I found one in Gallery Air Services and Jerry Rundgren. Same day service was exactly as described with excellent workmanship. Very highly recommend.... I will never use anyone else.

Came home to a hot house tonight. Called Bryan around 7pm and he had us cooled down by 11pm. Incredible service Pavlock ac and heat, especially on a Sunday.

Bryan is awesome!! Figured out the problem and got us up and running. Had a few obstacles along the way with the placement of the unit in the attic and our jungle in the back yard 🤪 highly recommend!!!!!!!

Brian was great! He was very honest and didn't try to oversell us, gave us a super deal, the quality of their work was excellent and he even brought over a portable AC unit to help keep us cool until he was able to come out the very next day and install the system. These guys were awesome - they had everything installed in just a few hours and the system works fantastic (super cold.) I will definitely recommend Pavlock AC & Heat to everyone I know that needs AC / heating work done.

Mr. Pavlock responded to my distress call of AC not blowing cold air. He responded and scheduled promptly. He arrived, diagnosed the problems, troubleshooted, and had my AC blowing cold air with in a couple of hours. Highly recommend

He has come to our house and fixed issues in the past that got us cooled down ASAP even though the call out was very late at night. Most recently, My family trusted him & his crew to install a completely new system in our home due to the original system that came with our house had problems. He got us a great price & the install was phenomenal. The INSTALL ITSELF is the most important aspect of the entire process for a full AC system replacement. You wont regret the quality of install that you get with Pavlock. Most times in life you get what you pay for but with Pavlock you get MORE than you pay for because they're that damn good. I am impressed with the quality of work that was installed in our house. I would recommend Pavlock to my parents, friends, and anyone else on the planet who is in need of good, honest quality HVAC work.

The job was not very easy for the technicians since the previous owners did not have the original unit installed correctly. After all was completed, instructions were given on how to keep the unit in top shape. We were very satisfied and thankful for the knowledge and friendly service of the Apex Heating & Air Conditioning technicians.
