They always take care of us! They had a technician out to help within hours when our a/c unexpectedly went out. Best customer service ever. None of the other companies would call us back.

I highly recommend Tyler and his team at Air Monkey!! Tyler came out to our home because we have had a very bad problem in our master bedroom since purchasing our home in 2002. It was always much hotter than any other room in the house, easily by 5 degrees or more, especially during the summer months. Tyler was very thorough while investigating the problem, and even more detailed when devising a plan of action, which he took the time to go over in detail with us. He was very patient while we took time to consider when and if we would do the project, as it was not a cheap one. He needed to increase the size of our master intake, replace most of the duct work, and reroute the rest, and replace some very bad a/c equipment. We finally decided to move forward after a few months of planning financially for it, and Tyler was ready to go with the plan. His guys were very friendly and professional, and kept our home neat and clean while working, and completely cleaned up at the end of each day. More importantly, Tyler's plan worked perfectly!!! The air quality and consistency in our home is incredible, and something my wife and I just resolved in our minds could never happen (we went through a handful of a/c companies before finding Air Monkey). Tyler is very honest, dependable, and provides great service and products. And just FYI, we have been using Tyler for regular maintenance for the last year and a half. Very happy with him and his team!

I highly recommend Air Monkey AC for HVAC Repair and Maintenance. Our service rep (Hunter) was cordial, on-time, and completed the work in a timely and efficient manner. He was polite and answered ALL the questions that we had. He showed us the issues, gave us a full analysis on what required servicing/repair was needed (as well as his recommendations) and gave a precise rundown of all associated costs and fees. I highly recommend Air Monkey AC. I had an issue with my AC and they came back until the issue was resolved. They are kind, considerate, and professional. Tyler Jordan (my technician) is awesome! Tyler made it his person responsibility to get our AC unit up and running. My hubby also had the pleasure of working with Jason, who is also a great technician. Air Monkey is a great company and the staff has good old-fashioned values and integrity. All around great experience!!

Based on my relationship with my two previous AC/Heating service companies, I was convinced the only relationship that would ever exist is one of uneasiness and buyer's remorse. I felt like I was upsold every single visit, nothing was ever "all is perfect, see you in 6 months", even after a brand new $17000 system installed less than 3 months, still recommendations to spend thousands more. Then came Air Monkey. Air Monkey has restored my faith that LOCAL, HONEST and QUALTIY service companies still exist. Leo has been great to work with, Hunter even better than great. Hunter takes the time to explain everything with no issues understanding and I have never questioned his integrity. The fact that I have the same tech run the service each time is better than great. I strongly and whole-heartedly recommend Air Monkey for any and all of your AC/Heating needs, you will experience service the way it used to be - Customer first with character and integrity!

Tyler and the staff at Air Monkey are awesome! They return phone calls, show up when they say they will arrive, and stand behind their work. Due to the crazy parts shortage, a part for our ac was available nearly two hours away. Our repair guy actually drove to get the part so that we could have cool ac. These guys are honest and trustworthy, and I can’t recommend them enough.

Having lived in our home for 20 years, we've been through our fair share of AC repairs and replacements. Air Monkey is hands down the best company we have ever dealt with. Our tech, Hunter, was very knowledgeable and thorough. The quick response time and fair pricing are also superb. We're so impressed that we'll be signing up for their preferred customer program.

Update: Hunter serviced my AC for the first time yesterday and I was most impressed with him. He was professional, very knowledgeable and helped me tremendously to understand my options to save money great asset for Air monkey and customers.

We have used Air Monkey for our AC maintenance for several years. They made small repairs when needed to keep the whole thing running smoothly. Our AC recently reached the end of it's life cycle and was beyond repair. We were provided with some great options and advice on what unit would work best with our solar panels and our household needs. Instillation was done within one day. Couldn't be happier with the whole process. The guys that worked at our house were very respectful of our space and made sure they left everything clean when done. Even asked for the vacuum to clean the carpet in the hallway where they walked. Would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a competent and professional air-conditioning company.

It was a pleasure to have Air Monkey replace our whole home A/C system. Their staff is very professional & provided top notch customer service. Hunter went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, to help us make an educated decision on what system would be best for our needs. All the while, I never felt pressured into a sale. Also Air Monkey doesn't send some unknown contractor to your home. Hunter actually inspected our old system, provided an estimated, & installed the new system.

Prompt & courteous response. My heat wasn’t working properly during the winter freeze on 1/21/25. They had someone over the same day. Their technician Hunter was friendly and professional. He was able to get our system checked & lined out. They also offered a quote for other repairs I’ll be needing to make my hate & sir more efficient.

Never been more impressed or happier with AC service before Hunter and Tyler came out to help us after Hurricane Beryl took out our power and one of our units wouldn’t run. In the middle of summer in the thick of the recovering from the hurricane, they came out swiftly and efficiently got us back to cooling off our home. I called on Monday and Air Monkey showed up the same day. Colby showed up on time, was very knowledgeable, diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than an hour. House is now much cooler and we are much happier.

We signed up for twice a year ongoing maintenance of our heating and AC units and loved the email reminder that it was time for service to keep our units in proper operating condition. Tyler and his crew are excellent diagnosticians, the maintenance/repair technicians are friendly and well qualified. Tyler and his team addressed our heating/cooling problems in great detail. They were knowledgable and experienced and found a solution that worked the best for our home (spray foam insulated). Best in the business.
