James from Apex Heating & Air Conditioning called back within 20 minutes of my online service request. He was polite and very considerate and had specialist on the way. They came over within 2 hours, fixed my AC issue & made sure everything was functioning precisely. It was my first encounter with these fellows and will certainly use them again in the future!!

Really good experience. Am very appreciative of James from Apex Heating & Air Conditioning who came just after I made a call at their office, assessed my AC unit and troubleshooted the problem. He then worked on it quickly and even did some assessment on the wiring where he realized there was a wire that was not well insulated and did the necessary. I felt everything he did was honest and upfront. Highly recommend his service and Apex Heating & Air Conditioning in general.

By the Grace of God they came out on a Friday evening and got us cooling. Mechanical already had style , now it has Grace.

I am happy for the people who had great service. I did not and have not ever received honest dependable service. I usually do not write bad reviews but I must say this company has given me the worst service I have ever had. I bought a brand new air conditioner and paid extra for it to be here in 3 days and instead it took two weeks. I did not receive a credit for the late delivery. My air conditioner goes out often but it will take days for the company to check on my air conditioner. I have spent many nights at hotels because of this. I have bought many air conditioners for my homes but have never had this many problems in less than a year nor have I had to wait even a full day for service. I usually wait 3 to 4 days for the company to come and fix a minor problem. It seems odd that a new air conditioner has so many issues. I will not be doing business with this company after the warranty runs out which will be in a few months or sooner.

They came out Monday morning to assess my problem and by end of day Tuesday I had an entire new system installed! Communication was fantastic as I was given updates throughout the day. I would highly recommend Grace Mechanical, they did my home right and I could not have asked for better service.

Grace Mechanical has serviced my AC units for a few years now and it has always been a great experience. They have always been extremely friendly and have done a great job not only servicing but explaining things to me. We recently called on them to do an installation of a brand new unit and they were on time and did a great job. I highly recommend Grace Mechanical for any of your AC/Heat needs.

Air Monkey AC & Heating is a professional and honest company. Every person I have spoken to, including the office personnel have been helpful, knowledgeable and addressed our AC issues timely and within reasonable cost! The technicians Kole, Tyler and Hunter explain the process in detail and know what's best for our system and budget. Most of all, they are honest and don't try to upsell you or charge you for things you didn't even need.

We could not be more pleased with Air Monkey!!! Our upstairs and downstairs A/C units were both destroyed by lightning. Air Monkey responded so quickly, and replaced both units in record time! I was so thankful waking up the next morning to a cool and comfortable house!

Just had some AC work done by Air Monkey. Service was excellent from start to finish. My service tech Hunter could not have been nicer with detailed explanation of work needed. Efforts were made to contain costs as much as possible. I will definitely request Hunter in the future although dealing with the company in general was easy and very efficient. Leo in the office also was so easy to deal with and wanted to be sure I understood what was needed and wanted to be sure I was happy with the process from start to finish.

Air Monkey has been one of the best choices we have made. The products they sell are high quality, the install is second to none. What you really get when you hire Air Monkey is the service. From Leo in the office to Tyler on the consult and general AC wizardry to Hunter and his install crew consisting of Dillon, Chris and Kole. They all have been extremely kind and willing to do what it takes to get your comfort level in your home to what you expect. They even helped me move a couch after a long day in the hot attic. They have been available to come out numerous times to fine tune air flow, and teach me how the 3 complete units( ducts, interior unit, and exterior unit) they installed work and how they operate for my better understanding. Tyler and Jason care about their work and customer satisfaction. They did a complete install for me last year and did a wonderful job. After several months of noticing my master bedroom was not cooling well I notified them of the problem. They immediately came out to troubleshoot the problem and found there was insufficient return. They scheduled a crew two days later and fixed the problem for me. My home is more comfortable now because they "made it right." Thanks Air Monkey! You guys are top notch!

I highly recommend this company. Jason, one of the owners, diligently worked with me to provide the best service time that worked with my busy schedule. My schedule changed and Jason smoothly readjusted my service time with Collin McKnight the service tech. Collin quickly found the problem with my a/c, but had to methodically work through a bigger wiring problem the last a/c company left. Colin's work ethic, knowledge, and and desire to make sure I was happy with the work is why I will call on Air Monkey A/C to repair or replace my air-conditioning from now on.
