His inspection was thorough, and he explained in detail what the issue was, so that we understood. He put us at ease, by educating us-not pressuring us. He also gave us options so that we could decide what we felt more comfortable with.

Called Adam about my AC that had stopped working. In spite of it being Sunday, Adam came out, replaced the capacitor and got the unit back cooling in short order.
