Adam owns Cooling Technicians. He came out to fix my HVAC unit in a pier and beam house. The unit was on, but there wasn't much air flow in the house. He crawled under the house and found an animal had chewed a huge hole in the ductwork (even though I have skirting all around the house). He fixed the ductwork on the spot! Thank you, Adam!

Adam is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain any questions you have. I had problems with both my upstairs and downstairs unit. He explained both problems, upstairs one of the dampers had to be replaced and downstairs the TCV valve had to be replaced. In both cases, he took the most logical and cost effective approaches to fix my units.

2024 Update: does anybody know how to get a hold of this business. They were amazing on the install. We would like them to service the unit - We have called and left numerous messages and emails and perhaps we have the wrong information.

AC went down a couple nights ago. Adam came out - short on the circuit board. He was able to get me AC right away, and replaced the board when it came in. Prompt, professional, very knowledgeable, educated me on how everything works and what my options are with my 14 year old system. Definitely recommend!

The previous system was running over 20 hours a day at 100%. This new high efficiency Trane system has run for about the same time, but it varies it’s speed from 20% to %80 during this 100+ weather. I’m certain our electric bill will be lower.

Adam also changed some ductwork to eliminate hotspots in the house that the builder didn’t address.

I had this company install a top of the line system that is designed to cool upstairs and down in a split system. His crew came in and were very professional. They had the system installed and Adam synchronized the system. Best price and best service. I highly recommend.

Needed A/C service when unit was not cooling this spring. After investigating, Adam replaced the old unit in total and installed a brand new Trane unit inside and outside. Since installing, we have been suffering with frequent trips of the breaker, multiple times a day. Adam, though this was a frustrating issue to diagnose, stuck with it and came out three times after initial installation to try to find the issue. I think he finally got it. I just want to commend Adam’s knowledge of HVAC systems, his thoroughness, and his standing behind the product he installed. Very grateful to have found such a wonderful HVAC person.
