Eric was great and very knowledgeable! He explained exactly why my furnace had stopped working a fixed it quickly! It was a very good experience overall. Assuming all of the techs are as good as Eric, I would highly recommend ATS Mechanical!

The measure of a company is how they handle having to come back as it wasn't fully fixed the first time.

Appears that the blower motor did need to be replaced after all. Eric promptly showed up at 8am, polite and ready to diagnose the problem. He quickly concluded that blower motor needed to be replaced, even showed me how poorly it was spinning and took his time through the entire process.

The pricing was more than reasonable and he even reminded me to schedule the whole home inspection, which is free of charge with the yearly service sign up (which was a totally NO BRAINER for what they invlude)!!!

Again, would highly recommend reaching out to ATS for any of your HVAC needs!

ATS Mechanical is the only HVAC company I will use. They give you the best bang for your buck on all systems. I have used them twice—once to install a Mitsu MiniSplit and once for a complete overhaul of a 2 ton unit. Both systems they installed were premiere systems with 10 year warranties. I am most pleased with Eric who is one of their on-call techs, Barry who runs the company, and Lillie who always puts a smile on my face when I call the office. I’ve recommended ATS to several friends who are all extremely pleased with ATS.

Eric checked our furnace. He was friendly and answered ay questions we had. Since we bought two AC's and furnace from your company in 2024, we were not charged for the visit this time.

They were able to come out same day within 3 hours of AC going out, identified it required replacement, provided 6 quotes across multiple price points and suppliers as replacement options, offered financing, and fully replaced the unit within 24 hours. They were great!

Eric was awesome!! He checked everything in my system and fixed a few minor issues. Really nice and honest about what was going on. Will have him out again. So impressed with this company that I signed up for the yearly maintenance plan.

I was very happy with the service of ATS. They came out the day after Christmas to check my American Standard AC unit that was making a weird sound. Upon inspection, it was revealed that there was a separate issue with the breaker and it was quickly repaired. The tech was very knowledgeable and helpful.

We have used ATS for service the last year. Eric Debney has been fantastic. Firendly, honest and explains things well. After last year we were wondering if we would have to replace the system for this summer, but Eric got us through the season which enabled us to be in better financial shape to make the change. The system was installed today - it went great and it feels great. I recommend them highly. The price for the new system was in line and even a bit lower than other quotes we received.

Eric came out to assess and was helpful on so many levels. We've had 5 other HVAC techs come out and all gave us confusing expensive solutions. It wasn't adding up. He definitely went above and beyond and was very easy to understand since he gave straight forward factual diagnosis of several issues. He took pictures and gave us extensive notes and was extremely thorough, patient and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using ATS service again and recommending to anyone needing HVAC repairs or replacement. Thank you so much!

Ok, stop looking and just book this company. Straight forward, great coordination from the initial call to the appointment, great pricing, and professional service!
