Called these guys based on a recommendation from another service guy I know (I work on industrial equipment professionally) to look at the AC for my mother in laws house. I wanted someone who would troubleshoot instead of just saying "you need a new system" like half of the "repair guys" do. So isn the heat of July when everyone is busy, the owner showed up the next morning, (texting to confirm beforehand) found the minor issue I overlooked quickly, and refused to accept any payment.

They actually know their stuff, will do it right the first time, and will definitely get my business and referrals in the future.

I had Environmental Matters install a Micro-Air Easy Start so my 9000 KW portable generator could run the AC and house. Was installed worked flawlessly couldn’t be more happy. Now I’m ready for the next power outage with AC.

Environmental Matters HVAC saved the day for our business. Our AC stopped cooling and the office was heating up. They came quickly to check it out, put a temporary fix on it to cool us down while they picked up the part they needed and a few hours later we were back up and running. Friendly and fast service at a reasonable price, what more could you ask for!

My outside unit went out and less than 24 hours later Randy and his team diagnosed the problem and replaced my AC. They were nice and professional and cleaned up after they were done. Top notch company that I will continue to use.

I can't say enough good things about Randy and the crew at Environmental Matters. We are new to Texas, and had an AC unit go out on our new home. Kaelynn (I hope I have that spelling right!) was fantastic working with our home warranty company, and Randy treated us great with the repairs. They were fast, fair, and helped us understand what was needed every step of the way. I am sure we will need more HVAC work done here in Texas, and I can guarantee we won't call anyone but Environmental Matters.

Randy showed up on time and did a fantastic job diagnosing an electrical issue that was preventing the Air Conditioning Condensor from starting up. He was very knowledgeable, personable and friendly. Becuase the issue was simpler thant what he quoted me, he gratiously charged me 30% less than the original quote. For any air conditioning or heating problems in the future I will be calling Enviornmental Matters HVAC

I hired Environmental Matters to replace both my upstairs and downstairs air conditioners after getting a quote from another company. I'm glad I chose them. Their price was very fair and they replaced EVERYTHING instead of just part of the system like the other company wanted to do. I got two new A/C units, condenser units, gas furnaces, drip trays with overflow sensors, thermostats and even air purifiers for not much more than the other company quoted for half of the system. They work very fast, very efficiently and are very professional and courteous. The installation went down like a well-rehearsed Broadway show. They really have their act together doing the downstairs the first day and the upstairs the second and did a very good job cleaning up both days before they left. I can't wait to get my next electric bill for a full month to see the difference. The new system has two speeds, pretty much only runs on low and keeps the house consistently cooler. I can't even hear it running when I walk past the intake. It is very, very quiet on low. My old system ran hard for a few minutes, shut off and then kicked back on again just a few minutes later. The new system doesn't do that. Today I got an email from the manufacturer showing that Environmental Matters registered all of my equipment for me so that it is covered under warranty. That's one less thing I have to hassle with. Honestly, I would have probably forgotten to do that. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend them to a friend or family member.

We received a great quote to replace our AC unit. The work crew was friendly the day of service; however we noticed a couple of hiccups the next day. Cody stopped by with another guy and the other guy left since the issue was taking longer than expected to fix. We appreciated Cody’s professionalism and making sure our AC was running properly before leaving.

Service was great, James was right on time, texted me on his arrival time. He performed the service, then explained everything in detail and what needed to be done. Then told and explained the service contract, and I understood and brought the contract. Then he went out and washed the unit down. He was Awesome. Looking forward to him getting the job completed.

Not only did Randy respond immediately to my HVAC issue, but he found several flaws from when the unit was installed 5 years ago that could've caused me big problems down the road. Capable, honest and reasonably priced - wins all around.
