After returning home 99 degrees outside it was hotter inside. Called Century Air Solutions their Response time was excellent within a matter of time technician showed up found the problem fixed it looked around and checked to see if we had any other problems. EXCELLENT Service.

Everyone at Century Air Solutions is super nice and wants to provide the best experience they can. We are extremely happy with the care and service we have received.

What an amazing company and family owned you can’t beat it! Very professional, friendly and very responsive not to mention the 101 customer service they make you feel like you’re a part of their family no question this is the company you want to use for your HVAC needs!!! I'm not sure how, but this company got the contract to install A/C units in a new development called "Morgan's Landing, in southeast Harris County and it's been a nightmare for more than a fair share of residents who have moved into this community, who have brand new homes, built from the ground up. Not only is their customer service trash, but they incorrectly installed my unit, (and many others) which lead to three years of service problems.....It wasn't until I reach out to another service provider, that problems were addressed and solved.

1. The "High Limit" switch that needed to be replaced due to incorrect installation.
2. DAS "Discharge Air Sensor wiring
3. Sensor incorrectly installed in the "return" air as opposed to "supply"
4. Correctly installed in "supply"

Of course I reached out to try and get a resolve, and per usual, they ducked and dodged me, which has lead me to write this review. And this is the short version. My neighborhood really needs to consider a class action against this company.

ABLSOUTLEY FANTASTIC!!! Had another company try to scam me to get a new unit and called Century Air Solutions. They fixed my unit in 10 minutes as they informed me it was only a bad capacitor getting my A/C running again when I needed it the most!!! Couldn't recommend any other company as honest as these guys!

My husband and I are so glad we contacted Century Home Solutions! Out tech Anthony was here at the time he told us which is always a plus! Having dealt with another HVAC company -Lone Star Air Systems- and their awful service they provided us in our new home build, we were skeptical on hiring another company but were quickly put at ease when Anthony showed up and easily assessed the issue and went right into the repair that was needed. Had I called Lone Star, I would still be without AC, left waiting for another week, and left with more questions than answers. Lone Star would be the absolute last company I’d call and would never recommend to neighbors and friends. I’m so glad we found a reliable and trustworthy company that takes pride in their work, rather than a company that treats you like a check list.
