This company and there install crew way exceeded my expectations with how efficient and nice a job that they perform!! They had my 17 year old system out and had installed a new system in 4 hours. Re worked my duct work and had the house cooling in no time. If you want a job done right and installed they way it should be then Crossway Mechanical is your Company by far!! Crossway is an excellent company. Their work is exceptional and the technicians are polite, courteous, friendly. My experience on several occasions has been positive each time. I cannot express how pleased I have been with this company and its owner, Brian.

Brian and his team are amazing! My downstairs AC went out at a very inconvenient moment; right before I had to bake a wedding cake. They started the work on time and finished sooner than expected. On top of that, when they finished you couldn't even tell they were here because they were so meticulous cleaning up after themselves. I LOVE the new system and the cake turned out great! I will definitely be recommending them to neighbors and friends.

Outstanding company, their dedication to their work and efforts to explain and hear your concerns is without equal in my experience working with other HVAC companies. I was impressed with their willingness to discuss design and explain the design they determined while also listening to your input. I used Crossway to inspect and document my homes system for builder warranty and to install a dehumidifier and couldn't be happier with their work.

I recommend this business to anyone looking for an HVAC company that really cares about their workmanship and image. With regard to cost, in my quoting they were competitive with others but provided far more value making it an easy choice.

As a good consumer we interviewed 3 companies to replace our old AC units. Per co-workers experiences we contacted Crossway to be one of companies we interviewed. Randy came and evaluated our AC units and gave us an education and not only told us, but showed us what was wrong with our units. He went the extra mile to help us, so it was a simple choice to select Crossway Mechanical, not for 1 unit, but for both of our AC units.
Day 1 of the install, the install team, 5 guys arrived 10 minutes early and knew exactly what they needed to do. They never saw the house before, but because a plan was already developed they knew what had to be done. They wasted no time putting down floor protection and getting to work. The install team worked through the cooler, wet weather for about 11 hours the first day. At the end of the day they even cleaned up stuff that wasn't even there mess.
Day 2 the weather had more rain and was even colder, but the team was back, again 10 minutes early and went back to work putting down floor protection and continuing where they left off. They worked about 9 hours on day 2. Randy inspected the work and helped them fine tune an item or 2, then Randy sat down with us and went over everything. Again Randy was very helpful and was able to explain in terms we could understand.
They do have to come back when the weather is warmer to fine tune the AC portion and check the freon level. Weather was too cool to do it properly. No fault on them, just something we have to do due to weather.
Both days they worked as quietly as possible knowing I worked from home and had conference calls. They were very respectful of my work.
So far we are a very, very happy customer. We are looking forward to there bi-annual service visits, as I am certain their professionalism will remain the same.

Brian and the entire team at Crossway were outstanding. The work and level of detail is beyond normal professional contractor work. The science behind the work was great and the personal service levels were extremely high representing a good group of people. No shortcuts wtih this company. Long term quality install. I'd use them again.

Had an emergency AC issue around 8pm on a Saturday. Unfortunately, the on call service tech was already tied up with a previous customer. So, Brian personally showed up to get started. Let me sum it up - professionalism, courtesy, and fair prices. These are the guys I’ll be using from this point forward.

Update: Jose showed up for my 2nd appointment, during normal business hours, to resolve the issue, as previously discussed with Brian. After the second appointment, I am convinced this is the company to use for your AC needs. Jose found an issue that was missed last year by my previous AC company and the original installer. This was the best service experience I have had with an AC repair. A+

I am very pleased with my service by Crossway Mechanical. We had a terrible experience first with the contractor our home warranty company sent out. Our condenser coil was bad, and on backorder with the manufacturer for six weeks. The other contractor's tech was rude upon his initial diagnostic visit, he was unfamiliar with our system, and he did not even go into the attic. He was condescending and not cooperative with my questions. After he left, the owner called and told us no supplier anywhere in town had the part we needed. We then called Crossway Mechanical at our own expense, who sent out a much more professional technician. Their office was able to locate the part we needed in about an hour, and got it on order immediately. They scheduled the repair and sent out another great tech. He arrived right on time, he got the work done and made sure everything was functioning properly before he left. Even if we had not had the awful experience beforehand, Crossway Mechanical did great work, on time, and were professional in doing it. I would recommend them absolutely to anyone needing quality, urgent HVAC work done.

I truly enjoyed my experience with Crossway mechanical. They were very thorough, responsive, and offered the right options for our home. This was a great experience. All options were explained in detail in a way that I could understand and all my questions were answered in a professional way. Brian came to my house on time as well as the work crew. All work was performed as detailed on the quote and there were no "surprises" after the work was completed. Brian came by to inspect the install after the job was completed. The was one item overlooked and he promptly set up a visit the next day to complete as promised. I did a complete install- took out existing system to bare floor and installed all new. Not only did they do the install, but spent an extra hour or more to verify all performance criteria fell within or exceeded specs. I recommend Crossway to anyone looking for a quality install with no headaches that might be associated with paying a few dollars less elsewhere.

Had a significant amount of work done by Crossway’s crew in only half a day. They did what they said they were going to do and job quality looks good. Brevin supervised the install and explained the new system. Would use again.

Crossway Mechanical just completed a large three-day job installing a new AC system, reconfiguring ductwork and adding an integrated dehumidifier. Brian and his team are very different from every other AC company we have used over the past 30 years. He and his team solved our humidity and colling problem by taking system measurements, evaluating our whole home needs and designing a properly configured system. Brian invests in his staff and their equipment. The installation crew takes great pride in their work and takes the extra time to do the install the best way possible without cutting corners. After the equipment was installed, they took many air flow measurements to make sure the system was working within design parameters. This is the company to hire to fix the problems the others have created and get your house air quality to the level it should be. Our home's air quality has been improved greatly. Crossway Mechanical did a great job fixing my A/C system. Axel was very efficient and knowledgeable the whole time and listened to my description of the issues. He fixed a convoluted drain issue inside as well as some minor electrical issues. I can only recommend them going forward and plan to sign up for their maintenance plan.
