Well, our AC died today. Called at 1:15 on a Sunday and tech was here by 5:15. Diagnosed, repaired, and running by 5:30. He was prompt, pleasant and professional. They always are at Premium Air- had to use them on the rental house last year. (Same prompt service)

We had our A/C stop cooling on a weekend, and within 12 hours of calling Premium Air Services, they were at our home and assessing the problem--on a Sunday afternoon. A major repair had to be done, but they made sure my family was comfortable in the meantime until parts could arrive and be installed. Seriously the best. James was a magician. He fixed my HVAC in a couple hours. I had FOUR other companies try and diagnose the issue. They all just said to replace the unit and told me it was a faulty blower fan (costing $6k to replace). James was very thorough and found it was just a faulty board. He was able to bypass it for the short term, and also gave me a long term fix. I will be referring everyone I know to this company. Very honest and caring folks!

Even though I have a service plan with the original system installer, I called Premium Air Services for service regarding issues with our Lennox Variable Capacity Heat Pump because the original installer has never been able to fully address all the underlying issues with our system. They were able to send a technician the same day. James was thorough, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. These inverter systems can be tricky and can be extremely sensitive to power fluctuations. He answered all my questions and got our system back running at peak performance.
