The crew that handled my installation was organized, respectful, and left the workspace very clean, even though the installation was performed in a very tight space. Premium Air is the absolute best. Very knowledgeable in all HVAC related issues. On time every time. AC went out on July 4th, they brought window AC unit to use until new unit was installed. We also have them out twice a year to replace filters and maintenance if required. Absolutely recommend.

I am retired from the air conditioning industry for three years now. I don’t have all the tools needed to replace a compressor. Plus, ours is still under warranty. So I called someone much younger to handle the problem after I diagnosed the locked compressor.

Our compressor went out during one of those Friday “Feel Like” days of 106 degrees. Premium Air Services were recommended by our neighbor. Colby came out the same day to trouble shoot and confirm my findings. The compressor was in warranty but the manufacturer did not have any in stock in the area so one was ordered. Colby and James, with Premium Air Services came out the day it arrived (the following Tuesday) and installed the compressor to get us back up and running within hours. Although we had no choice but wait through the weekend for the compressor, Premium Air Services kept us updated. Colby and James were very professional and understanding throughout the entire process, not something you see everyday from our younger generation.

My hats off to these guys for a job well done and for making us feel comfortable in knowing we called the right service provider. If I were still working in the industry I would have offered both James and Colby a job. Extremely nice, courteous, professional and well mannered young men. Not the norm for a lot of folks, even older ones. Thanks guys!!

We’ve used Premium Air for 19 years. They installed and maintained new systems in our last 2 homes. Their prices are more than fair. We trust Jeff (the owner) and all the courteous technicians he employs.

I have used Premium Air Services for at least 10 years. They are always on time, very efficient and reasonably priced.They service our system twice a year, AC unit in the Spring and furnace in the Fall. I feelI can call them at any time if a problem occurs and they’ll come out immediately. I’ll never leave Premium Air Services.

16 years ago (2007) this November (2023) we moved into our home, we had a 2 year old and a new born. Our heater went out, and it was cold. My husband called Premium Air at dinner time, he was told “let me finish my burger and I’ll be right over”. Not only did they fix and replace the heater, they have since replaced our AC which also gave out. We do their twice a year maintenance program. We typically have the same tech come every year, always friendly, always professional. Love these guys!

Excellent customer service and quality work

Needing to replace my entire air conditioning system, Premium Air came out and explained all my options based on my needs. They explained how they would change the layout of furnace in the attic, to make it easier to maintain in the long run. They came out to install the system and did a great job. Took a lot less time than I thought it would take and everything is running brilliantly. I will definitely be using them for all my AC/Heating needs in the future.

Premium Air has integrity. They have continued to give maintenance and repair services to our aging A/C systems. Unlike other providers they have not pressured us to consider or find reasons to replace our systems. Instead they continue to suggest ways to extend useful time. This is a customer oriented approach that is much-appreciated.

Back in 2016 Premium Air Services LLC has replaced my AC/HVAC units with Lennox products including the thermostat. The technicians involved were very courteous and knowledgeable about the products I have ordered. Since then I have signed up for a yearly maintenance contract on both units and again the service technicians were helpful when I have asked them a question regarding the operation of the units, including the thermostat. I definitely will recommend Premium Air Services to my friends.

I have used Jeff since I bought my home in 1990. He is by far the best hvac guy in town. Both James and Keith are top notch and take care of you if you have an emergency. Sign up for his maintenance plan and help your system last longer. I have had a total system replaced including the freon tube line. Now I have cold air in the summer. Yes Jeff gives a fair quote. You won't go wrong with Premium Air.

Been with Premium Air Services for many years! I knew our old system was not cooling and was apprehensive about the cost, and time to fix. I was relieved today when I was greeted by Mr. James Camarillo. James has always been courteous, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
Having discussed issues with James he quickly completed a thorough evaluation of our system. He pointed out in detail the problems with the system. We discussed the age of the system, warranty status and efficiency of new systems which helped me be more comfortable about making a replacement decision. James presented a price schedule and answered questions I had about the various offerings. He was supportive throughout this process but never tried to sell me on anything. James indicated he would take my request back to the office and I would be getting a call to confirm selection and schedule installation.
