I'm so excited about finding Kool Zone. I'm nearly 51 years old, and it's taken me until now to find a completely honest, ethical, friendly, and competent A/C repairman. I won't be taking my business anywhere else. Rene is the best of the best. He invited me to watch, so that he could explain everything to me and show me that he wasn't doing anything underhanded. He solved my issue quickly and for an amazingly good price. Like I said, I won't be giving my business to anyone else.

Rene performed the install of our new coil and condenser recently. Great customer service this time and the times before when he performed repairs on our system. He offers competitive prices and is willing to explain the work that he performs onsite to allow for customers to understand his diagnosis of your system. He has also provided options for repairs that we can choose from depending on our budget. Great to see he is the owner of his own company now!

Amazing job by the team. My ac went out last night, I texted the number; and I got a call/text this morning to let me know they could squeeze me in for the repair at 730am. They got there and nobody was answering the door (hence everyone was asleep), and I was headed to work. They left to take care of another customer and returned within the an hour. They did not mind coming back despite the inconvenience.

Our experience with Rene and his team at Kool Zone could not have been any better. Our furnace was dangerously malfunctioning and Rene made sure that my home and family were his number one priority. He showed up in less than an hour in just above freezing temperatures. He diagnosed the problem and made sure that he was explaining the issue step by step. Usually, when I have my AC go out, it's something I can troubleshoot. I just try to save money like everybody is right now. So this YouTube technician (me), had to call the professional, Mr. Kool Rene
Gave me a courtesy call and did his work. After he got the unit back in service, i was like, good he's done. But thankfully he didn't just leave after fixing it. He noticed a couple things that I had done with another "YouTube AC technician". He corrected our mistakes and explained why so that I didn't feel lift out. So, not only did he fix the the issue, he improved it and passed on some knowledge.

In the US Air Force I learned about aiming high and going above and beyond the call of duty. Kool Zone Air did just that and i was very pleased and happy to pay them.

I replaced my Thermostat and broke my A/C. I called Renee about 3pm and confessed my sin. He was at my home by 6:00 pm and had my unit back running by 6:30 pm. One problem…. My wife came home from work at 5:45 so I had to confess to her what I did. Thank you Rene for saving my marriage!
