The office staff was very pleasant, helpful, and informative. They were able to schedule us within 2 days for a spring check up on our unit. The tech was courteous and explained equipment issues is layman’s terms. We will use again.

Repairs were done efficiently and the repair guy knew exactly what the problem was as soon as he saw the unit. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

Mr. Chill is amazing! My old a/c quit on Friday, called Mr Chill on Monday, they sent a rep out same day and by end of day Tuesday my new high efficiency a/c unit was installed and working!! The crew was very professional and friendly. Jackie in the office was super friendly and helpful. I am really happy with my experience with this company and would recommend to friends!

Had my compressor replaced on my 4 year old a/c unit that they installed. 11 months later it went out again. This time they replaced it under warranty but charged me $1550.00 labor for 1 1/2 hours of work. That comes to around $1000.00 an hour. I’m 79 years old and on a set income. Looks like I was in the wrong business when I was working.

Albert was great fixed our Ac which was just clogged nothing major. Was quick at what he does and reasonable price. Few minor pet peeves he done that I won’t mention. Only because he done what I asked of him which was fix my Ac unit.

Recently i had some sheetrock renovations done at the house During routine maintenance, Technician Tony noticed a condition where sheetrock dust had accumulated in the blower mtr housing. So i scheduled a cleaning to protect the system from overworking. I was not there during the cleaning , but i was sent pictures before and after. Looks like a good job. I thought the price was a little high , it would appear he was there one hour , maybe 1.5 hours $375. This is on top of the original fee $89 from the start up inspection. But it had to be done , Thanks Tony

We are in San Antonio and purchased a home from OakCreek in Huntsville. Mr Chill was contracted to install our A/C unit. I called and and was told that as soon as electric was hooked up to let them know and we could schedule an appointment. Called and spoke with Christine and set up appointment. Chris the technician called and told me he was on his way and estimate time for him to get to our place. Chris arrived and got to work. When he was done he explained everything and said if there were any problems to call. Chris did a great job was very personable and helpful. Would definitely recommend Mr Chill to anyone. Again a big thank you to Chis and Christine!

Mr. Chill is always great when they come out. They did the install on our brand new home and also have come out for routine checks and have always been respectful and very honest. They also installed a new system on my sister in law's home last year and I was there to witness that as well. They worked hard all Saturday to do the install and did a great job. From the first phone call to the service techs, every experience has been great!

Had an issue with my blower and Mr. Chill sent out a technician, Bryce. Very knowledgeable and straight to the point. Bryce even made sure my heater was ready for those cool nights coming up.
