A technician BLEW. The stop light at woodlands parkway and terramont and was about 2 inches away from taking off my bumper. He was going a solid 45-50+ and wasn’t even paying attention. I’m a fellow technician who was in a work van so it’s not like I was on my motorcycle but even then he blew a completely red light. It was red for over 5 seconds because the I went through the intersection after 3 CARS! Lucky luck lucky. That’s all I have to say.

We have been using Optional Air Solutions for many years and highly recommend them. It’s always easy to make an appointment with them and their technicians are very good. Today we had Byron as our technician and he was very pleasant and friendly.

I am so beyond thankful to the team at Optimal Air Solutions for helping us provide quality heated/hot yoga and fitness classes to our clients at Yoga Pod College Station. They have assisted us as we navigated moving locations and are truly so wonderful to work with. Jose Rodriguez from Optimal Air Solutions came out yesterday afternoon due too a problem with the outdoor AC unit. After completing his checks he determined it was the computer board. The computer board was ordered and Jose returned the next day to replace the board. After checking everything the AC was working properly. He was very friendly and customer service oriented. He completed the repair in a timely manner and answered my questions about the system.

I would recommend Optimal Air Solutions and especially Jose for his customer service oriented friendly personality!

After a decade of woe trying to nurse an older AC system, working on favors, mildly expensive / temporary repairs and loads of inconvenience,I found these guys 10ish years ago. They gave a better price for better equipment than the other 2 quotes I got.
I’m an immigrant from a colder climate, so not used to AC Systems.
Optimal Air have given me comfort that my system is of high quality and reliability at a better price.
They are responsive when I had an issue. (Not their equipment). Communicate clearly with well identified technicians…… I don’t make recommendations much but their team deserves recognition. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

We've been a client since 2000. Eric and the Optimal Crew have installed new and relocated existing units in our home. We recently had an issue with our Master bedroom 2T XV20I unit going into the Easter weekend. Again, Optimal rose to the occasion with timely and cost-effective solutions to get us back up and running within 24 hours.

Our AC stopped cooling with a full house of out of state visitors and we called Optimal Air around 5pm on a Friday to fix it. By 6:15, Jacob arrived and replaced a capacitor in less than 10 minutes. Thank you guys so much for the incredible service—you saved our family weekend!

Optimal Air installed our Trane units in 2018 and things have been going great until a few days ago. We thought maybe we needed coolant, so we contacted Optimal Air for help. They were able to get us an appointment right away. Jose showed up and was very friendly and took his time to try to find the problem. We are very happy with our experience and highly recommend Optimal Air!

Kevin with Optimal Air came by today to balance our airflow, change the filters, and do an overall maintenance check of our system.

Service was on time in the time frame provided. Our tech Byron was very respectful and explained how to better maintain my unit. I will definitely continue to use this company!

Very disappointed with technician staff !! I feel last call out service technician sabotage my unit. Air ducts were taken off without notifying me. Sensors damaged and was not notified of humidifier filter. The only way I realized locating filter after contacting the manufacturer.

Great customer service from appointment scheduling with Dani to the service provided by Thomas, our technician. Very happy!

They installed my HVAC unit in 2018 and they have maintained my air system every year. They replace my air filter and check the system to ensure it runs for years to come. It only took 15 minutes to replace the filter. I was able to schedule on line and the technician, Johnny, was on time

Optimal Air Solutions has done most of my HVAC work, and I’ve always been happy with them. They follow up, stay on top of things, and even did a quality check a week later, which I really appreciated.

Big thanks to the ladies in the office for making everything easy, and to the guys in the field who always come through. When my wife got home from surgery and it was 80 degrees inside, they got us in fast and had the system fixed the next day. Can’t thank them enough.
