Prompt service when one of our air handling/ furnace units was not operating. Chris was with us in an hour. Temperature outside was minus 5 degrees C ( 23 degrees F). He talked me through the troubleshooting and diagnostics and identified the thermostat as the problem. Steadfast did not charge for the visit and advised me to purchase a replacement thermostat elsewhere. Really honest, helpful and friendly.

I had a great experience with this Steadfast and James. They were very transparent in explaining the issues they found and walked me through their approach. They first tried one possible solution, then worked to identify the actual root cause of the problem. What really impressed me is that they didn’t charge me during the process and even came back to follow up to make sure everything was working properly. Truly professional, honest, and reliable service—I highly recommend them!

Steadfast AC Service was recommended by an insulation company because he noticed an AC duct that wasn't connected when he was doing an attic assessment. I called Steadfast and spoke with Emily. She scheduled me for next day service and I received a text and email confirmation for my appointment after I hung up. I also received a text with the name and picture of the technician when he was en route to the appointment. Although the ETA is not very accurate, I still consider the tracking ability helpful.

Daniel was very polite, informative and he provided pictures with an explanation of what and why the repairs are recommended. I think the cost of the work performed today (30 minutes to re-connect an AC duct) was reasonable but they will need to come back on Monday to complete the job because insulating the Y connection was also needed on top of some other things that were observed (taping up tears in 2-3 ductwork, hanging ducts and insulating connections at the supply plenum).

When I received an emailed invoice that was higher than what was quoted by Daniel, Emily was very accommodating and resolved the misunderstanding immediately. Her response gave me confidence to accept the estimate for the additional work discussed and my appointment was set for the following Monday.

Daniel and his coworker returned on Monday between the allotted time. They were both very courteous and the repairs were completed within the hour. Once again, they showed pictures of the work that was performed. That said, it would've been nice if the estimate and invoice included said pictures so I can share the before and after pictures.

The process and system they have in place (from scheduling to payment) is very efficient and easy. Both invoices were combined into one and there were alot of ways to pay. The customer service was great and their technicians were polite, quick and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Steadfast AC Service.
