This company has a service mentality. They do their absolute best to take care of the customer and that is all I can ask for. Whether it is the owner or the technicians, they always try their best, which results in an all around great experience for me as the customer. We started using Steadfast a few years ago and have always received prompt service. We noticed our AC was not running, called, and Armando was out in about 30 minutes and got it up and running.

I really wanted just to come on and give a shout out to steadfast ac service. I reached out to them Sunday before the snow. First of all most would not have answered the call on a Sunday. Not only did they answer right away, but they came out within two hours on a Sunday. Second the only James actually was the one to come out. He was very thorough. It end up coming back on after he was checking it out. He explained he really didn't do anything to make it come on. So he told me he would probably will have to come back. His opinion was that it's was a board. So. Sure enough week later it did go out again. Next day had someone out here to look order the part we are now up and running once again. Thank you guys for quick response, professional knowledge, and everyone being so friendly from the person that answered the phone to all of the tech's that came out. Definitely will be calling them again. Added bonus they are very reasonably priced.

Arrived on time and did a wonderful job. Great service once again. Very reliable and a fair price. "James took the time to explain everything. He had great insight on how to solve the issue.".

It all started with Emily in the office. Within a few hours a technician was here. Sadly my 18yr old coil had retired. Emily set up the quote and the appointment. James and Armondo showed up and I was back up and running in 3 hours. Extremely fair quote with 3 different options. Thanks to our EPA agency the Freon is driving the cost up on the HVAC trade..Thank you Steadfast.

Always professional. Our family uses them for all our homes. They replaced my AC after my son had his replaced with them. Then he had them out for their new home. I referred them to my BF and he was very pleased with their professionalism.

02 Jan 2026 James came on out on a few hours notice and worked until way after dark to fix an AC problem on a rent house. You cant beat that!

5 Dec 2025 Same day fix on fried electronics panel in rental house. James and Steadfast are very focused on being the best.

14 August 2025 Update; Once again, Steadfast did great work on an emergency repair (new air handler) for a rental house. James sized up the best option and Armando had it installed on the second day. Great work, guys.

9 June Update:
"Armando came on very short notice and got my AC back up and the house is so cool right now. I love It. Thanks guy!".

"Steadfast replaced my 70 year old unit with a very energy efficient system that works great and was affordable. They worked with me to get the best fit and I am very pleased and will vouch for them. The equipment was very new technology 19 SEER Unit and James worked hard and quick to make it work right. Very pleased.".

Since the review posted two years ago below, I have used Steadfast two other times (my house today with James and rental property last year) and had a great experience both times. The folks are quick to come out and very knowledgeable and fast and I think the bill is always reasonable. They are very considerate about the time to get a AC fixed. Keep up the good work!

Was out six hours after we called on 101F day. Fixed it quick and very reasonably priced. This was my first time with Steadfast and Osmondo and will definitely recommend and use again.

I just want to say thank you to Jerad that came out promptly when I gave him a call when another company that I had called that was supposed to come out during a certain time frame never showed up. Great company, excellent service and has top notch equipment to get the job done. Way to go guys, thank you for getting us fixed up. Y’all will be the one I will call if ever have anymore HVAC needs and I will highly recommend y’all.

I simply can’t say enough good things about James and his crew. I called James on Saturday around 1pm and he arrived at my house around 4pm (on a Saturday, mind you.). We were replacing thermostats and got some wires crossed. James had the issue fixed within 15 minutes! Just a very kind person full of business integrity. I can’t recommend him enough!

Theis company is incredible! They have been helping us extend our old clunky units. They show up when they say, respond timely and are EXCELLENT to work with!
