Steadfast replaced my whole AC system. They did a wonderful job with no issues. They were always very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. They even registered all the components for me and sent me all the info I needed to get a rebate. I highly recommend them!

I received a referral for Steadfast AC Service from friends from my church community. I was able to secure an appointment for an assessment the following day - which was pleasantly surprising. I was kept informed as to the estimated arrival time and Julio was right on schedule. My issue wasn’t a simple fix and required replacement of a motor. From the time Julio arrived to completion of the repair (including a trip to a local supply store), only 2 hours had passed. Julio cleaned up when the work was finished and there was no evidence he was there…other than a cooler house! I will not hesitate to call upon Steadfast AC Service nor will I have any reservation to referring them to others. Well done team Steadfast!!!

We just came back from a long roadtrip last night to find our home was hot inside. A/C was not blowing cold. We contacted Steadfast in the morning (Sunday) and they were able to send someone out same day. We even received text notifications updating us when the tech was on the way with live tracking of where he was, I haven’t seen that before. Already a good sign, I love seeing companies utilizing technology to give better experiences for their customers. James (tech) was very friendly and knowledgeable, he immediately was able to diagnose the issue and replace the capacitor. A/C is now blowing cold and we will be sleeping good tonight. I would highly recommend anyone I know to Steadfast AC Repair.

Steadfast AC was fast, professional, and honest from start to finish. The technician showed up on time, explained everything clearly, was exceedingly professional, courteous, and had my AC running cold in no time. It is that level of service that has, unfortunately, gone out of fashion. I have found my “forever” AC company!

James was AWESOME! He explained every step of what he was doing, answered all of my questions with clarity and helped me to understand what was going on with my system. He provided helpful insight into the mechanics of what runs through my home and how to best maintain it. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

A huge thank you to owner James for his quality of work on fixing our unit. We had an after hours call and he showed up in under an hour, identified the issue, and gave us two options for repair. Ultimately, we chose to replace our condenser with a new one. He was able to squeeze us in the following day. He was sincere, supportive, authentic, and service and price were top notch and very reasonable! You have a customer for life and will be recommending to others! Highly recommend!

James came by to help me fix a problem so quickly. He knew I was in a bind and came as soon as he could. He didn’t upsell, or push anything on me that made it seamless and efficient for me. I can’t recommend them enough! Honest workers that won’t gauge you or try to take your money. Again, I can’t recommend them enough! Would give 10 stars.

Absolutely wonderful experience. James was extremely responsive, turned up quickly at my doorstep despite being a holiday. He was quick to diagnose the issue with my air conditioner, arranged for the new motor and capacitor. His technician Daniel was also super quick in installing them.

Needed help quickly when heater went out during a cold stretch. They (Daniel- technician & Emily - dispatcher) provided the service needed timely, efficiently and professionally, as well as helped to troubleshoot another potential issue & fix that, as well. Would definitely recommend.

Daniel and Nate serviced our heater to ensure we are ready for any cold weather that we may experience. It’s so easy to forget your heater since there are not many cold days in Houston.
But they explained how important it is to make sure that we’re not caught with any surprises, should we encounter such weather. Both Daniel and Nate were so respectful, timely, and explained everything that they were doing. Thank you, Steadfast for great service.

We've used Steadfast A/C for years now. On our home renovation where they did all new duct work, all new unit, registers, everything in 2021. We are thankful to them for high quality services. We called them out for the first time today after almost 5 years and they came out and squeezed us in!

We need more businesses like this one!!
