Jason is wonderful! We highly recommend him! He responds quickly when we text him. This time he came late in the evening right before a freeze and very low temperatures to fix our heat and we were very grateful! Not only does he respond quickly, does great work, has reasonable prices, but he supports the youth in our community! Give him a call, you won’t be sorry!

They were excellent prompt, very reasonable and price and needed and truthful on everything that they did. I would recommend them to everyone. They fixed my heater, even though we have a extreme cold coming they came out and fixed it for me so that I would not be freezing very thoughtful.

I needed a part for my washer, they didn't have it in stock, but they told me they could order it, no fault of theirs but I was leaving town for work and needed the part asap, but they were very helpful on the phone

First service at a new house. Inspector did a good job reviewing the system and making sure everything was working well.

We are the first people to live in our home. Unfortunately this company did not install the HVAC units/ductwork properly in our home along with the dampers and other accessory items. We have water falling out of nearly every vent in the house, including the vent hood above our range. It is actually ruining our plaster vent hood and will need to be completely replaced at this point in the near future. And I’m talking massive puddles falling out of the hood not just small water drips. I have had them out several times. They seem to claim that this is somewhat normal (? I have lived in 4 new builds in this is the only one I have ever had this happen in) but aside from that the technicians have admitted that the dampers are probably not correctly installed, the ductwork may get too narrow in some areas, and that they are probably missing returns in some areas. One of the techs they sent out even pulled up the original plans they created for our home because they were sure that the drywall must have been done over a return- it wasn’t, it was just never installed. Instead of fixing the original installation issues they tried to quote me $1000 to fix the issues. I’m sorry but if you didn’t do It right in the first place I’m not going to pay for you to fix your wrongdoings. The owner has yet to call me and clearly doesn’t care about his quality of work/business. I have gotten the runaround for months now after having them out the first time because none of the units are properly balanced amongst our house. I heard two weeks ago the owner would call Monday with a resolution and have yet to hear back. I am tired of waiting and no one should have to go through this with a company refusing to just do the job right the first time. No one should have to pick which rooms they want AC in and consistently be worried about water damage, mold, appliances, and cleaning up water puddles. Imagine having guests over and water just starts pouring out of a return vent… that’s what you will get from these guys! Beware!

Edited to add to the review since the owner still responds with zero accountability- the technicians have visited and messed with our settings being on 71° in our home but it actually reading much cooler. Them messing with the settings has nothing to do with us and was their own suggestion. We do not keep our house at 68° nor has that claim been made. The original owner did not do modifications to any vents. Painting a vent hood and replacing counters and cabinets is not home modifications. What a silly claim. No one has lived here and voiding a warranty because the home trades hands does not mean that you get to improperly install something then not correct the issue. You still have my number on hand and can use it to resolve the issue. I will continue to share for all in the neighborhood/local area to not use you. It’s crazy how many opportunities you have been given to right your wrongs and you refuse. As business owners ourselves we are shocked in the lack of customer care.

Super easy to deal with. Great pricing and the sales person was awesome. The install guys made sure everything was do correctly and they did a great job of cleaning up after the job. One satisfied customer here!!

We recently used Optimal Air Solutions to replace our entire HVAC System and couldn’t be happier. We were initially planning to go with another company, but decided to call around to price check them and I’m so glad we did. Jacob was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process. We asked A LOT of questions and over time, he gained our trust through his knowledge and willingness to invest his time. He was up front that he wanted to earn our business, but he never came across as pushy.

We were most happy with the fact that he provided us with a fair solution that truly met our needs at a fair price. The other company we considered had more “5 star” reviews, but we quickly found out that they were upselling us on things that weren’t truly necessary. Jacob was great at advising us and helping us distinguish between the upgrades that were truly necessary and/or worth the extra expense and the upgrades that just weren’t worth the cost.

We were also very happy with the install team. Things took a little bit longer than expected, but they stayed until the job was done, even offering to vacuum before they left. A smaller crew came out the next day to finish up one last item, and again, worked hard until the job was done.

We used another company for our HVAC Maintenance for years, but are now more than happy to continue a long-term relationship with Optimal Air Solutions.

Power surge caused the thermostat to go into protect mode and it never came out. Timely response from Optimal Air. We were back up and running within 30 minutes of the technician arriving.

Optimal Air folks are very honest. I met Steve wanting to replace my garbage Lennox unit with Trane; however his recommendation to call the company led my unit for warranty work. The 2 coils on Lennox unit was completely rusted and leaked the Freon out. The installers and owner came out to ensure the work was done right. The team of 4 spent nearly 3.5 hours to get the job done right! I highly recommend these guys.

This company is awful. They replaced my plenum and coil. They didn’t use collars or sealant to reattach the ac ducts. We were leaking cold air all over the place. They also pulled one ac duct it unseated from on of the vents and caused a gap making the hot air mix with the cold air which lead to a water stain from condensation on the kitchen ceiling. On a seasonal check up they said we needed a soft start so we installed it. On the next season visit they said we needed a hard start. You cannot have both on your unit. Do not use this company. Total garbage.

Everyone that I spoke to or worked with was very nice and professional. Service was quick and well preformed. There were no gimmicks or upcharges, just honest assessment of the issues and repairs (unlike some other companies). Would 1000% recommend to anyone.

Optimal has always provided excellent knowledgeable service and advice regarding my 4 zone Trane HVAC system. Just had a problem caused by a service rep but they immediately took care of the issue and refunded me money. This is a great company that respects their customers.
