The service technicians at Mr Chill are very competent and service oriented. I always receive texts and or calls ahead of time letting me know exactly when they will be arriving. They are also very thorough in explaining everything they are doing or recommending. I have been very pleased with their work and fair prices and can recommend them highly.

Andres was fast efficient and he was so pleasant. He showed me the issue and explained what actions needed to ne taken to rectify it. Andres came with the parts needed to get my AC back working. Thank goodness for him and his great service.

From the first time Daisy answered the phone to the most recent interaction with Gus I have felt this company truly lives by the adage: what is best for the customer. I had the same A/C company for 25+ yrs but I know it was the correct decision to use Mr Chill. They never gave the sense of ‘selling’ only offering solutions. The techncian came to check the AC unit for me due to a loud noise in the outside unit. I am not sure why he moved the pan where the AC drips which caused four leaks in three rooms in my house. And I started having all kind of problems with the AC. Dont use these people, coz you do not know if they mess up things on purpose so you can keep calling them

Chris drove a long way to repair our air conditioner. He was there when he said he’d be. Explained the problem. Fixed it.

The service man was so polite and got to work right away. He did an excellent job explaining things to me about the system and how to work the thermostat. I appreciate that he took all the boxes and material with him so I didn't have to clean it up.

We requested a spring time AC tune up. Technician was friendly and informative. He told us how old the unit is and that the layout of our HVAC was well planned. He recommended a new filter as well. Gave good piece of mind that we can face the summer heat!

Mr. Chill has helped me with decisions on my Central Air Conditioning for years now. They gave me specifications on Heat Pumps. My heat pump produces nine times the heat for the same amount of power as strip heaters! The unit has paid for itself! I had my first problem with the unit in years yesterday. Daisy had Francis the tech out the same day. I had the extended warranty that covered everything for 10 years. Mr. Chill has been amazing! I highly recommend them!!

I’m recommending this company to anyone who will listen. They are very honest and did fast and great work. Very grateful to have found these guys!

I’ve had 2 appointments now with Mr Chill and after those 2 appointments for almost $1,000 I got a line cleared and 3 lbs of Freon. So to clear the line all he did was blow some nitrogen in it and that was $600. Today’s appointment was almost 3 hours long and all I needed was an A/C check. After an hour he told me everything was fine and I asked if he’d checked to see if the unit needed a charge and no he had not. Doing that and adding some Freon took almost 2 additional hours and today cost me $360. Why did I have to tell him to check that? I’ve never in my life had to tell a tech to check that. He told me he hadn’t even checked the unit with his meter. He told me everything was fine and then after I asked some additional questions that’s when he found a leak. Why wasn’t that discovered before I had to ask about what he’d actually done? And if he was here for a service why didn’t he clean my coils? I was the one cleaning them while he stood by and watched. I don’t know if they stick around so long to give the impression they are doing more than they actually are and that’s what costs so much but this was the biggest waste of time and money. He never even offered the Freon recharge just told me I needed a new unit. Absolutely no way I’d get that done with them after all this. Based on these prices I’d probably have to remortgage my house to pay for it. I give them one star for showing up on time.

The technician was professional. He knew from experience exactly what the problem was from troubleshooting. He had the part on his truck that was need to repair the problem. He changed out the part. Showed me that the system was back online and working properly. He was in and out with an hour. Great service. We are very pleased. Thank you Jose.

Gus and his team responded immediately to investigate my cooling problem. Francis replaced some valve stems and charged my system. Working perfectly now!! Gus is honest and does great work. Recommend him and Mr. Chill without reservation.
