When Mr Chill is supposed to show up, man do they ever. 3 vans, 6 men and lots of new equipment for reworking existing HVAC to accommodate a new addition to the existing home, plus installing a Mitsubishi mini split. All day job, excellent work and courtesy clean up. Can't say enough good things about how smooth the day went. We are repeat customers and all of the jobs turn out well.

Mr.Chill came out to install a new unit this June, the two photos with no skirting are showing the unit as they installed it week one. The photos showing the house with skirting are a month from installation of the unit. I was concerned because of the base of the unit. From day one it did not look built up enough to support the condenser longterm. One month later we are seeing wash out already from recent rain. When I asked if Mr. Chill could do anything for us I was told that they have "nothing to do with that." I understand that they cannot control the weather. But they can control the set-up of their units. I feel as though my unit was set up to fail from the start. Maybe if you start with a level foundation you wont have a problem with your install with Mr Chill? But who knows. Just wanted to share my story and experience with Mr. Chill.

Im a brand new home owner and needed some work getting my new unit working properly, Kevin came out and got everything working very quickly and professionally, not only did he get things going but educated me on the proper maintenence to keep my Unit in working condition for the life of the service, I could not have asked for better help!! The tech , TONY, that came out to our home today was knowledgeable , respectful and thorough. I can say that he was also on time and called about 30 minutes before he arrived which is so helpful . Highly recommend. Awaiting estimates now to perform work needed with all options to be presented.

Jose was the best ! I've been without heat since last night. I called Mr. Chill and they sent someone ASAP. Jose fixed the issue, explained it to me where I understood and returned heat back in my home !!! With these unusually cold temperatures, it's a blessing!! I would definitely recommend Mr. Chill and I'll call again if needed.

I bought a new mobile home a few months ago from Palm Harbor Homes in Southeast Houston and Mr. Chill is the company they use for their HVAC installs. The installer came in when he said he would and was friendly but as someone who also works in the HVAC trade, as soon as I saw the condenser I told him it wouldn't pass inspection. He brushed me off and said if anything needed to be adjusted he would return to fix it. I said okay, as I can't force him to do anything. He finishes the install and what do you know? It doesn't pass inspection like I told him it wouldn't. Normally this wouldn't have upset me so much but Palm Harbor had already done a terrible job with moving me into the home in a timely manner and the delays caused by this incorrect install made it worse as they kept telling me it had been fixed when it clearly hadn't. The condenser did not have the proper clearance from the wall or from the electrical panel next to it. A few months have gone by and although somehow they said it passed inspection and got the all-clear, the problem was never fixed. The unit is still in the SAME EXACT place where it was from the beginning. What you see in the picture is how the unit remains. Proper clearance is something so basic and I was so disappointed this simple thing which is easy to do right the first time caused such a delay. Aside from this inconvenience which delayed my move-in a couple more weeks, I will give them props and say I've had no issues with my system at all so far. Haven't used the AC too much yet as I moved in around the cooler season, but my heater worked perfectly fine.

It was refreshing to have a technician who was willing to explain what was happening on a technical level and who didn’t try to generalize or dumb down the information being presented. That’s not common. I was very pleased to work with them.

I have used Davis A/C since 2011. I have them do an A/C & heater checkup in the spring and fall. The technician has always been courteous, on time and let me know what was going on. The office personnel have always been Courtland accommodating with appts.

We’ve been using Davis since we built our home in 2012 and they’ve always been responsive and professional. Peyton was out today to do our 6 month maintenance, going above and beyond by fixing some hanging ducts in the attic, advising me of some other potential issues, suggesting some thermostat options and even putting my trash cans back, since he noticed them in the street. Always a great experience with this company!

AVOID!! I’ve used Davis for many years on numerous properties I own in the Cypress area. This year after Davis AC completed annual maintenance service at one my properties I was told my condenser outside and UV light in attic was not operational and needed replacement. Davis quoted me $6,000-10,000 for the replacement work. I hired independent 3rd party perform additional inspection to confirm the expensive scope work was actually required, however outcome of 3rd party inspection found that only the capacitor needed replacement and the UV light in attic was just unplugged. The repairs required were only $335, I don’t understand how Davis’s technician could get the diagnosis so WRONG. Buyer beware using Davis!! I’m never using Davis again for any my properties.

Mr. Sandoval went above and beyond. Our recently repaired AC suddenly died. He was able to come within an hour and figure out the problem, even though it was very late. He saved my family from a VERY miserable day, and I am very appreciative.
