Optimal air company very professional and very quick. Owner of the company Steve was very respective and taking his time on weekend in hot day to install the unit. There were couple of issues during the installation but the they took all necessary steps to eliminate them. Next day after installation owner came to check all the work and final tune up. I could not be more happier with my unit.
Lennox 5t 16 seer 2 stage unit including all heating furnace ,condenser, evaporator cooler with 4 in April Air whole house media air filtration system. One more thing is Air Scrubber which purifies the air and kill all germs and it is working great.

I had a great experience with Optimal Air. I was able to get an appointment immediately due to a condensation issue. I want to specifically highlight the excellent service provided by technician Jose Rodriguez. From start to finish, Jose was professional, knowledgeable, and clear in his communication. He took the time to explain the issue thoroughly before starting the repair.

Jose was also very respectful of our home — he worked cleanly and made sure everything was spotless when he finished. His attention to detail and courteous demeanor really stood out. I was genuinely impressed with his level of professionalism, and I would absolutely request him again if we have any future issues.

My technician Andris Went above beyond to fix the problem. Was not an easy fix, but he stayed and continued to assess And fix the problem until it was completely done. I’ve been using optimal Air for 15 years and will continue to in the future.

The crew showed up on time, completed all work as previously agreed upon, and cleaned up everything afterward to my satisfaction. The estimate for the job was very reasonable and better than any of the larger companies out there. I hope to do business with this company again jn the near future.

We had to replace two units in a townhouse (had some failures due to age and bad original installation) as well as have new wiring run for updated thermostats. Zachary and Dani were both extremely patient with us throughout the process of putting together and revising estimates for new systems and coordinating the installation. So far everything is working well, thankfully well in advance of summer heat.

Doug recently came out to my parents’ house to perform a heating maintenance, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. I used to work in the trades myself, which I didn’t tell Doug at first, and have some HVAC knowledge, so I really appreciate when a technician knows their stuff—and Doug absolutely does. He was on time, professional, and took the time to explain everything he was doing in a way that was clear and honest.

What stood out most was his attention to detail and genuine care for my parents’ comfort and safety. He didn’t rush the job, made sure everything was cleaned and running efficiently, and even shared a few helpful maintenance tips. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, professionalism, and friendliness the way Doug does. I know most technicians don’t like for customers to watch them while they work but Doug invited me to and the way he works is like this stuff is second nature to him. I was left feeling completely confident that the system is in great shape—and that my parents are in good hands. Highly recommend Doug to anyone who wants top-quality service done right!

Optimal showed up on time and installed 2 iFlo systems on the air handlers to keep the drains clean and flowing freely. Hopefully they work as expected. Optimal has maintained our AC system for 4 years now and are reliable and professional.

Optimal went out of their way too accomadate a late day appointment. They diagnosed, solved the issue, and charged a very reasonable price. Don’t settle for an average experience. Follow my example and get an Optimal one. 👍

On 10/21/25, Optimal Air Solutions LLC's technician, Jacob Settle, installed an RGF Environmental Group, Inc.'s HALO-LED In-duct Air Purification System in my house. Excellent customer service, and a very knowledgeable and professional technician, as usual. I highly recommend Optimal Air. They are TOP NOTCH, and also have installed my Trane HVAC system, and my AprilAire media filter. All of these components work together perfectly. Not only is the air in my house fresh and clean, but my Trane system is efficient (with a smart thermostat) and has reduced my electric bills and even controls the humidity in the house. I've been a customer of Optimal Air for several years now and love every product they have recommended and installed. Their pricing is fair. By fair, I don't mean "so-so". I mean "just" and "honest". You can buy something on Amazon and install it yourself and save a buck. But, for me and my house, I want my HVAC and air purification environment set up and maintained by professionals. I have absolutely had a return on my investment thus far and I'm sure I'll be able to say the same about the HALO-LED. -Sincerely, a Happy Customer!

My ac went out and I was able to schedule someone asap. Ive been having issues with the primary suite and lack of cooling. Ive haf several people come out and Drake with Optimal was the 1st to point out what the issue was and what needs to be done. Were only at the beginning but I have confidence with the team.
