We've had to use Reid's for A/C repairs twice now and they've done an excellent job at being prompt and honest with their repairs. I recently had a warranty claim and they responded as fast as if it was a new paying job. The customer service reps and technicians are great at making sure you are completely satisfied. We will continue to use Reid's for any future a/c and heat needs.

We have two AC units on our house. We used Reid’s AC & Heat to replace one of them two years ago. We just replaced the second one. Greg and his team arrived on time. They were very professional and did a great job. They cleaned up everything before leaving. We continue to use this company for our fall and spring maintenance.

We had a new AC unit installed by Reid's AC & Heat last week. Robert and his team were very efficient and professional. They arrived on time, protected the flooring in our house, worked very efficiently and cleaned up everything that was removed from our old unit. The new air conditioner has been working great!

I have used Reid’s for several years, and the technician Jared has been our helper for the past few calls. They have/he has been very responsive, arrived early, and corrected the problem promptly and cost effectively. I highly recommend Reid’s!

When my AC couldn't cool my house I knew there was a problem, I'd been using another company for the past 5 yrs. to maintain my system and I'd been dissatisfied with their service the past couple of yrs. so this time I contacted Reids to check out my AC. Chris arrived on time, was very professional and found my problem. Unfortunately for me the evaporator coil needed to be replaced, due to Covid and all the supply chain disruptions that part was in very short supply. Kelly worked non stop to locate a replacement coil and coordinated with the manufacturer to provide service not usually provided under the warranty. When the part was located they arraigned to pick it up and got it installed the next day. In total I interacted with 5 Reids' employees, they all were courteous and knowledgeable, they kept me appraised of what was going on through out the process. I highly recommend Reids AC & Heat.

Reids Has always been very punctuand done quality work. Their techs are both very professional and courteous. They always call even when they're running behind and updating the estimated time of arrival. We will remain using them!

Reid's provides quick service and is upfront & honest about pricing. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Mike was the technician that came out and he was on time. Mike took the time to explain the services needed and answered all my questions. Definitely call Reid's for A/C concerns, they are awesome!

Called Reids on a Thursday and they had Jared here on Friday morning. He allowed me to ask questions as he serviced our AC. Super great guy who even came back Monday and did a leak check! Very pleased with their responsiveness and service. Our go to for the last 6 years!

Reid’s AC is a great, fair company that has some unbelievable customer service. They have been the company that has serviced our home for many years.

One of their technicians (Robert) is about as good as they come. He is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Even with all the questions I had trying to understand how these systems work he was very polite and took the time to explain. We will likely replace our old unit within the next year and Robert is who we will be requesting to do the work.

I moved to the Spring/Klein area a year and a half ago. Our house is about 10 years old and we've had several AC issues. A neighbor recommended Reid's AC & Heating and I've had nothing but the best experiences with them; from the moment you call Lou and others in the office to schedule your appointment, until the last bit of work has been completed. Chris has been nice, professional and helpful every time he's done a repair. I always feel they really care about their clients and go out of their way to fit you in their schedule, like they did today when my bedroom AC went out at 2:00 this afternoon! I believe their prices are fair and their professionalism is an A+.

Hi. I contacted Reids AC Company and they were able to make a appt within a couple hours. Tech Chris arrived, diagnosed my ac issue and quickly repaired it. Chris heard my concerns and was very professional and knowledgeable about his craft. I recommend Reids AC for everyone.

I’ve used Reid’s for 20+ years. Need I say more? Fair pricing and i like knowing who is working in my home. I replaced the downstairs 4 ton unit yesterday, and the guys were neat, clean, responsive and did a perfect job. Greg warren shoots straight and explains the various options for great service!

I thought I may have had an issue with my A/C so Reids responded quickly. I had a system tune up and evaluation performed. The tech did a thorough job and explained everything he tested to me. He was honest and did not recommend any unnecessary service or parts on a system that was functioning properly. I have had this company out in the past with the same results. I’ll call Reid’s whenever I have an issue and know I’ll be getting quality service at a very fair price. We always ask for Greg as he is a very good communicator and is professional.

Reid's did a great job once again with an AC unit that was giving us trouble. We will always call Reid's when our AC is out - they definitely have earned five stars in helping us stay cool. Many thanks to Jared for a job well done!

I cannot speak highly enough about James with Steadfast AC! He was highly recommended by many people in my neighborhood, and he far exceeded every expectation! After Beryl, our generator came on but our AC units were not running. I called Steadfast in desperation, and James answered right away. Not only did he try to troubleshoot with me over the phone so that we could figure something out immediately, but he was at our house by 4 pm to inspect our units. Within minutes, he figured out the problem and had us back up and running. I have never worked with an AC company as attentive as Steadfast. James genuinely cares about his clients, and we are thrilled to work with him in the future!

Jerad was recommended to me by my trusted plumber to address my minisplit plans. I called him that day and he visited the same day and was on schedule to install these units within a week. He warned me that I would love the units he recommended and he was so right!

The team at Steadfast A/C have been doing an excellent job for me at my restaurants. They’re great at communicating when they will arrive and also what the issues are with my equipment. They promptly fix the problem and deliver the job at a fair price. I would recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Very happy with the service I received. They came out same day, diagnosed the problem, and was able to fix it on the spot. Luckily it wasn't anything major. The technician was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained what was needed now and what I needed to watch for since my system is pretty old and outdated. They treated me like family and I appreciate the quality service!
