Layne Thomas swung by the house today to fix my heater, wasn’t kicking on and I am NOT a handyman when it comes to HVAC. He showed up a few minutes early, cleared the issue in less than 15 minutes. Super professional, super polite, very friendly. Highly recommend for everyone.

I am so appreciative of ASR! 🙌🏻 We had other company tell us we needed a whole new heating unit. 😳 Called ASR for second opinion. Their tech Matthew came out tested both Ac unit and our heater. He found a simple fix and within 2 hours it was fixed! We definitely had peace of mind, knowing that when the weather changes, we will have heat when we need it. ASR Mechanical is by far the best heating/AC company we have ever done business with! They replaced 2 twenty year old AC units for us and the entire process was seamless. First, David and Michael came out to assess the situation and explain our options. Next, the installation was scheduled and their team was able to complete the work in one day! After that, Micheal came back to check all the new systems to make sure they were working at optimal levels. The entire team was super professional. This company is A+++ in response time, communication, and customer service. I highly recommend ASR Mechanical, they are so impressive in all areas!

We are always appreciative of having ASR to provide our A/C services. Kudos to Nick for his maintenance visit this week. He did a thorough job, and offered us options with detailed explanations for solutions for our aging downstairs unit issue. I liked his ‘if it was my house’ type of reply, and how he talked me off the ledge of replacing the unit for now. He also kept me out of trouble with my wife by always taking his shoes off before re-entering the house on a rainy day. 🙂

Right from the start, ASR impressed us. Unlike other companies that give a 4-hour “maybe we’ll show up” window, they scheduled us quickly and gave a one-hour arrival window. They even sent a notification with the technicians location so I could prepare my “welcome AC hero” fanfare.

The team at ASR are exceptional. Customer service, professionalism, and going the extra mile are just a few of the great things they do. They not only took care of my non functioning AC they made sure to drape the floors and protect them as well. I was out of town when my AC quit working and they kept in touch every step along the way. You can’t go wrong with this company and the people working here.

My furnace would not turn on, Layne was the technician ASR sent out. He was on time and very efficient, he diagnosed the problem right away and had my heater fixed within minutes, he also detected a gas leak in my attic which he quickly fixed as well with no additional charge. He likely saved my life!! Thanks for the 5 star service! I will definitely be using this business again and referring them to all my friends!

I just bought a new house and the AC is a little older so I had ASR Mechanical do an inspection before I closed on the house. After closing I had them come back out to service it and make the repairs identified in the inspection. Amanda was great and made scheduling easy. Nick called before going to the house, arrived on time, and after completing the work he let me know what all he did and I feel very confident the AC will work much more efficiently now. I will definitely be using them for annual maintenance. Very happy with their exceptional service!

ASR is fantastic! We had them out today to spread out air flow in our unit and install an Air Scrubber. It’s only been a few hours and we can already feel the difference in the air. They are responsive, easy to work with, and were right on time with schedule! I highly recommend this local company and family. The best in the North Houston area! Hands down.

Highly recommend ASR! Lane was very professional and very communicative. He was on time and let me know when he’d arrive. He also explained my A/C issue and gave helpful advice on extending the life of my unit. My issue was resolved very quickly, and I really appreciated him fitting me in so I could have my air conditioning running again the same day.

We had an issue that needed to be resolved quickly and ASR was outstanding in their response. Michael provided expert advice and showed us everything he saw that needed to be done. ASR is a great company to work with. I appreciate their honesty and integrity.

I'm not certain, but Doug Walker, the technician who serviced my home might actually be a wizard or a jedi. He found the issue after going through what was the likely problem, deduced it wasn't and traced a low voltage short on the heater/furnace that was causing the air conditioning to not run because it wasn't talking to the thermostat. Doug did that in a few hours, it was absolutely impressive. He also advised me on options and a mode of thinking for future repairs, replacement, and financing. All in a HVAC service technician? Seriously, this guy is gold, I feel very fortunate to have had him service my HVAC.

ASR came to my house to address a gas leak on my furnace detected by Centerpoint. Getting scheduled was extremely easy and pleasant, and they had a tech to my house in less than 24 hours. Layne was the tech assigned to my case, and he was very kind and helpful. He addressed my concern quickly and even helped me resolve an issue with my thermostat. I will definitely use ASR for future HVAC service.

We use ASR Mechanical for where I work as commercial and they have been great. I cannot say how thankful I am with the response and scheduling an appointment most of time next day. Also they dont try to rip you off like other companies. When we purchase a home I will definitely be going with ASR.

Doug was knowledgeable, professional and extremely ethical and transparent in his ac improvements and advising. You can tell he is compassionate about actually helping his customers. He asked good questions and made sure to be accommodating to what would best suit our families needs, allergies, and health concerns with small children. He was easy to communicate with and left an open line of trust and communication. We are recommending Doug to our neighbors and friends and family.
