Randall's Climate Control has serviced our AC needs on more than one occasion. They have been great. Not only were the excellent in their service, but I really felt they were reasonably priced for the time and energy for the job! I highly recommend their services. I very much enjoyed my experience with Randall's. They are not a high pressure sales. I had my ac fixed pretty quick. They were reasonably priced. Fred and Peggy took really good care of me. The installation techs cleaned up very well afterwards. I would highly recommend their service to anyone.

I'm a property manager I had a carbon monoxide leak at one of the properties I manage. This company replaced the furnace completely something that we should have been done from beginning I had another air conditioning company prior to this company tried to fix the problem and all they did was made matters worse. Bluebonnet worked quickly and worked with the TENANT'S schedule. VERY PROFESSIONAL!!

We had exceptional service today from this company. Setting up an appointment was simple and easy! The technician who came out was friendly and patient with all of our questions, he was able to diagnose our issues and come up with cost efficient resolutions. Made the call for a bad run cap on the outside condenser unit. Tech hunter came out in less than an hour and confirmed what I thought. Replaced run cap and gave us a thorough cleaning. All within a two hour time span. I cannot thank y'all at bluebonnet breeze enough.

Bluebonnet Breeze LLC came out to the house yesterday and checked our HVAC system out top to bottom. Hunter was the technician and man he is extremely knowledgeable and professional! Hunter explain to us in detail what he was going to do and what he was looking for to ensure that our system was in top shape. He also explain about how to become a service policy member. The service policy is very affordable at $229.00 a year in which they come out twice a year to check everything out. He also mentioned that by being a service policy member I wouldn’t have a trip charge if they needed to come out if there were any unforeseen issues with our system.

Blue Bonnet was excellent from start to finish. I had a leak in my evaporator coil causing the coils to freeze up. Hunter and Noah came out the same day and diagnosed the issue and spent time sourcing an OEM Trane evap coil as a replacement. It was installed the same day and for a fraction of the price that I received from the bigger HVAC companies in Houston. From the operator to the service techs to the installers, everyone was professional and friendly and easily reachable. Highly recommend their services.

Definitely a 5 star and more for Bluebonnet Breeze LLC. I had an appointment on Thursday but it rained and they came out on Saturday. The workers were polite, quick, and cleaned when they finished. Hunter was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease with all my questions. Then he came back on Monday to recheck. Cory is so trustworthy and I appreciate that he didn’t over sale and explained the changes done in the attic with not needing to replace my furnace. Setting and resetting my appointment with Gabriel was a pleasant experience. I will highly recommend every chance I get.
