I had a great experience with ASR Air Conditioning, and specifically with the outstanding service provided by Layne. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly transparent about the work that needed to be done. He took the time to explain everything clearly and never tried to upsell or push unnecessary repairs (unlike the tech at Air Tech who quoted me 4 times the price that ASR estimated). If you are looking for reliable, cost-effective repairs, with excellent customer service, I highly recommend ASR—and be sure to ask for Layne!

I can’t recommend Layne enough! He’s professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his customers. He showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything in a way I could easily understand. If you need someone you can trust to take care of your heating and cooling, Layne is the guy to call!

I would like to express my utmost appreciation for the service provided by Nick, my technician. His professionalism and dedication to his duties were exemplary. He addressed all of my inquiries in a timely manner and arrived fully equipped to complete the job at hand. I also appreciated the military discount he extended with the authorization of Seth. ASR is truly a commendable company; I will exclusively rely on their services in the future. During a critical time for my family and me, they came to our aid after we experienced a loss of air conditioning in the midst of August. This situation can be particularly challenging, and I am at a loss for words to adequately convey my gratitude. Thank you is scarcely sufficient.

We love ASR! All of the techs have been wonderful. We've used them for many years for regular maintenance, they kept our 2 AC going much longer than expected. We have had to replace both of the 18 year old units this year. Recently Micheal came out to assist with thermostat connections and a few minor things post install. And he was incredibly helpful and took his time to address our questions. We have never felt taken advantage of and I've recommended ASR to many friends. They are usually able to come same day or next.

Great experience with our technician Layne! I am a renter in an older house that isn't the most energy efficient and tends to have issues at the hottest time of year, he showed up quickly and was very professional and knowledgeable, and got my a/c working so much better than before. I would definitely recommend Layne if you happen to need a respectful and friendly stranger come into your house when you can't fix it yourself!

Second time they came out and did work for me. They are absolutely number 1 in my book. Fast, thorough, and very reasonably priced.

The level of communication and professionalism that ASR delivered was amazing! They made a 1 hour window appointment, and they showed up within the hour and discussed the repairs with me thoroughly before moving forward. Once they got there, it only took them about 20 minutes to make the repairs. A wonderful experience!

Unfortunately we had an issue with our AC late on a Wednesday. The ASR team was incredibly quick to respond and scheduled Layne to come out the next day. Layne was friendly and knew right away what the issue was and fixed it in no time. Thanks ASR and Layne!

What an awesome experience with ASR and their team! Michael was sent to my rescue within an hour after I panicked and called for help/service. The A/C wasn’t cooling like it should and I was expecting a party of 16 in less than 3 hours!! He fixed it quickly, explained what happened, and made recommendation for what to do so we can prevent this happening again. Really nice and knowledgeable guy! The BEST and most responsive service anyone could ask for!!

ASR was the 3rd AC company come out to our property and they fixed it easily within minutes of being on site. I wished they’d been my first call, would have saved time money and a headache.
