2nd generation seasons customers. No complaints. They’ve always come out quick and several times it was something simple to get me back up and running in no time at all.

Dependable, honest company. We had some issues with our a/c and they came out to our house right away even though it was during the evening. They ended up coming out a couple more times for other things and were very reliable and everyone I dealt with was really nice each time. I have a home warranty but will pay a little extra and use them next time for sure.

This company is great!!! Fixed my AC in 20 minutes. I'm not sure what happened with others but we have gone through this company 2 times and they have always been absolutely amazing. Very nice and informative. The tech that came out ...I can't remember his name...I'm so bad with names... but tech #554 is a life saver.

Hyatt and Zane were amazing! They were very knowledgeable and answered all questions. They worked very hard and made sure everything was working to our satisfaction. They asked if we had any concerns. I feel that they went above and beyond to do a great job. I will call on them again when I need service. They are an asset to Seasons.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I've used them previously, NEVER had an issue with them. Today they came out over 30 minutes late no call or notice they were running late. They've been at my home since 11AM never said one word until he had to tell me my total. He also had to leave and go get an air filter. Here we are 3 HOURS later and he comes to give my total. I had a coupon for a service that I've had done before several times with them and I also needed additional freon which I was charged and ok to pay for since I knew I needed it. After the service was complete the tech tried to tell me the FILTER was $169 on top of the $169.95 AC check plus $80 for an additional 1 LB of freon. When I said I've never paid that with you all he proceeds to stomp through my home yelling I'm cheap rips the filter out of my AC banging on it and everything I have on camera. My daughter called the owner during all of this to verify what is going on he initially hung up on her and when she called back he and some woman who is yelling in the back tell her we can take our cheap butts to Walmart and get a new filter but to never call them again and some other choice words. I have NEVER been talked to in my own home this way and am COMPLETELY disappointed in a company that I've no only used but recommended to others. If this is how you treat a repeat customer I would recommend everyone to run and never use them again. A waste of my whole day and money on HORRIBLE customer service.

After waiting days with bad communication, no show appointments! I was beyond impressed with the timely response from Seasons.
They came out did a thorough inspection on my entire system. Found many issues for lack of maintenance. Everything was communicated professionally and understood clearly.
The options were presented to me and I chose to go with a new install. They were back out in less than 24 hours with the new unit ready to install. They ran through many issues from previous homeowner, but overcame all and ultimately left me with a perfectly running system.
Even came back out 72 hrs later to ensure everything was up to my standard. -

Definitely recommend giving these guys a call. My experience had been excellent with this company. I have used their service a couple of times and found them to be very knowledgeable, honest with a fast response time. Thank you ProCool

Pro Cool is incredibly knowledgeable on AC/Heating! These guys know their stuff and do great work. Highly recommended!

Replaced my 3 ton AC system(condenser and evaporator) for less than most company would do just the condenser. Fast and professional! 5 star!

Thank you Don Blount for the review you gave me. Unfortunately the only thing said was being asked why it took me two days to do that job during that holiday weekend. As you seen first had this company is not organised and mismanaged. Always making promises that put their techs in awkward positions (show up on a job and customer is already hostile over stuff and you just met) which isn't the way i like to do business. I always strive to make whoever i install for happy no matter who i am employed with. Stuck it out in hopes they would get better organized and not run a company as if it was not going to be around the next day. I am no longer with pro cool but i will continue to do the same great work as i always do i refuse to allow experiences from sorry employers to ruin my work ethics. Thanks again for you honest review.

We had entire 5 ton system upgrade. The first 2 guys from Houston couldn't get the air handler, evaporator and furnace through attic opening in our 1926 house because of a drop down ladder-it was 1 1/2 " narrow. A friend and I removed the ladder and frame to make room around an hour later. I called but they were already on their way to Houston. The next guy, Paul Kris, came out the next day by himself and I wondered how he was going to do this big job by himself. I took him part of 2 days but he was able to manhandle all that heavy equipment by himself, remove all the old stuff and do an Expert and professional job. He should get a bog bonus from Pro Cool for doing an excellent job that should have been done by 2 people!

Pro Cool sent out Kyle the next day who successfully diagnosed a stuck TXV after 3 techs from other companies insisted it must be the evaporator coil. My A/C unit is now working properly and I'm happy because I saved thousands of dollars by using Pro Cool.

DO NOT HIRE. Procool was hired to do a commercial job at a shopping center in Houston, Tx to install a brand new HVAC system. Procool then had a hole cut and installed a mount to hold the physical hvac unit.
The problem is this was done on the wrong building and on the wrong roof. To make matters worse Procool used a plastic bag over the hole to keep water out until the unit was installed.
This ghetto rig wouldn’t have kept out a cup of water from getting in.
This 2x3ft hole was cut in an area no one was aware of other then Brad from Procool because it was done on a different building than was requested. This new gaping hole in the roof ended up flooding the tenants space below and ruined all of the new flooring and multiple pieces of consigned furniture inside. not to mention, it also ruined all of the ceiling panels and paint.
This is the best part- When we go to contact Procool to have this disaster they created resolved NO ONE answers any form of contact, no email, no phone, no text. We still have no completed HVAC work for the hired job on top of this massive hole in the other roof.We are now dealing with water damage and much more. still no word from Procool.
