I have used premium Air for several years now and have always been extremely pleased with the customer service and quality of work. James always takes the time to explain what he Is doing and any services that may be required. He is always so respectful and polite. It is comforting to know that James and premium air are there when I need them the most as well as staying on top of my preventive maintenance. I love the reliability but more importantly I feel that I can trust premium air and James. James is a true asset !!

This company and group of individuals are amazing! I have had several great interactions with the company since before they installed my new Lennox HVAC system. Most recently, I submitted an online service request late on a Saturday afternoon. My concern was not critical so I didn't expect any response till Monday. Within 20 minutes of my submission a company rep was on the phone with me. He reassured me the system was doing its absolute best given the recent string of 100°+ days. He offered a little over the phone trouble shooting to verify that my system was in fact working properly. This extra effort on their part saved me a little $ and kept a service tech available for someone else who truly needed them.

Premium Air installed a new air conditioner & air handler in our guest house. They arrived on time early in the morning to and within 4 hours I had cool A/C again. Premium Air was very responsive to my call. When I discovered that the A/C was out on a Friday, they were out that day to diagnose, and if possible, to repair the issue. They gave me the all-in price for a new unit and scheduled the new install for Monday morning. Also, since I paid cash, they gave me discount. I will continue to use Premium Air for any A/C issues.

We have been satisfied customers of Premium Air since the founding of the company over 14 years ago. They are promptly responsive in emergencies which is very important in Houston summers, they do excellent work at reasonable prices and stand by their work. We highly, highly recommend them.

On the first call, they listened to our issues, concerns, and asked questions to understand the situation. James came out promptly to give an assessment of our system, provide feedback, and give various recommendations so that we could make informed decisions based on our needs. From our experience, their communication, service, and results really are the best for HVAC in our local area. We finally found a great HVAC business, and highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.

In 13 years of commercial work for me as Property Manager of an older office building, I've been impressed with their knowledge and impressive provision of service. They are on top of it with their scheduling as well as their anticipation of our needs. That's especially important with our older building.

They've installed sizeable, major equipment as well as taken care of smaller needs and routine service. Their techs are well trained, professional and exceptionally courteous.

Personally, I also switched to using them for our home. I've found their techs to be very respectful of our property and just as effective at residential service as they are commercial.

And I have recommended them to people with no reservation, knowing that I could trust they will do a professional job as well as engage with clients in a respectful and effective manner.

Jeff Harris does not know how to run a good HVAC business. We thought we were getting better service than Davis A/C but some of Jeff’s tech’s managed to messed up our system or do unnecessary work. They talk like they know what they are doing but don’t be fooled. Our last job with them as work that they did that was under warranty for a part that they replaced. They wanted to charge a trip fee of $90 which they have never done before. We had paid in advance for 2 trip maintenance of A/C and furnace at $150. We would have dampers that they replaced go out in less than a year. Found a reputable HVAC company that informed us they were using refurbished parts. Avoid Premium Air at all costs.

Premium Air have been excellent in maintaining our a/c units for many years. We have always had a maintenance agreement with them. They are very responsive to our calls for service, and all their mechanics are polite and very knowledgeable. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We have used Premium AC for years for a commercial property and now that we are preparing to sell it, Jeff and his team have gone above and beyond to help us. Quick and thorough responses and doing everything to make this go as smoothly as possible- even when the copper was stolen they were right there to give us guidance. Much appreciated!

Once again Premium AC and James C. continue to provide high quality service. Life gets busy so and I appreciate Premium AC calling to remind us to schedule the maintenance on our AC before the heat of summer and in the fall, and work with our schedule.

(Premium AC DID NOT do the original Installation on our AC and because the other AC company could be unresponsive at times, we switched to Premium AC) So thankful we called Premium AC years ago.

James C is extremely professional, knowledgeable and just a great guy. During a scheduled maintenance on our system, he found that the emergency heat was not programmed properly from the original Installation. James went back to the office, verified and was back out to the house to verify all was working correctly.

Everyone at Premium AC is always on time, professional, knowledgeable and very trustworthy.

I don't normally write reviews but the service I have had with premium air was above and beyond.
I had several issues with my A/C the last two years from an install by another company. so the problems were not the fault of Premium Air the, problems were with the product. Premium air replaced defective parts under warranty but since I was having so many issues Premium air not only discounted the labor not covered under the Mfg. warranty all of the repairs were made the very next day after my evening phone calls each time. I highly recommend them any HVAC services you need as they are definitely a customer service driven company

Premium Air has always done a great job for us. From installing new air conditioner, new furnace. Yearly checks & quick response for help. I would recommend them to anyone.

Premium Air has installed replacement systems for two of our homes. Both were installed in a professional and timely manner with attention to detail and their prices where very competitive. The first time we used them, they supplied and installed multiple window units until they could get us the unit we needed. Jeff, Keith and staff have always been professional and courteous. I highly recommend them.

James C. came out and from the minute he stepped up to my door to the time he left, he was professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job checking out my heater. He explained everything he did and what he saw. There was a lot of debris in my attic - I had a roof replacement, and that team did a poor cleanup job. I have been terrified to turn on my heater because of this and he made sure my heater was on point. I signed up for the maintenance plan so they will be back out to check my AC before it heats up this summer & make sure none of that debris harmed my system. All in all, a great experience!!!
