Crossway Mechanical is by far the best A/C and heating company in town. Brian has serviced our A/C units for over 10 years - he has always shown the utmost integrity and has saved us so much money over the years. All of his service technicians have been fantastic. Hai has taken care of us for the past few years and he really knows his stuff! They always make us feel like a priority, and have come at a moment's notice, even on Sunday Mother's Day when we had an emergency. I would recommend this company to everyone!

Family owned & operated!! Honesty, integrity, fair pricing& excellent work. When my AC went out, other companies quoted me for a new system. Although my system was 20 yrs old, Brian told me he felt it was just a fuse. He gave me an electricians number and 2 Hours and $60 later, I had AC again. Brian mentioned I could get 2 more years from my system. 2 yrs and 2 months later, I called him for my new system. He has since done work for my mom, sister and over 2 dozen friends of mine. I recommend him to every one. He's even sponsored my daughters swim team for 3 years to help us out. He treats his customers like family.

All the work and costs were explained in detail to me & in writing . The crew showed up on time. They completed all the work replacing the AC & heater in one day. Brian has extensive knowledge about replacing the systems & making them as efficient as possible and answered all my questions. The crew was professional and when they were through everything was just as it was before they got there. I also like that Crossway does regular maintenance on all the systems. I would highly recommend Crossway Mechanical. It was great to work with someone like Brian who truly cares about the quality of work that he does.

One of the most professional companies I Have ever dealt with. They were on point, very knowledgeable about the air conditioning and the problem. I had another appointment that I could not miss and they went to buy the parts came back and fixed my air conditioner without my being there. When I came home the air was on full and functional and cool. I recommend them highly and I promise I would’ve left my key if I had another to let him in but he said he did not need access to the inside as he left the unit running turned off the breaker so that we wouldn’t damage the condenser and when he returned continue to fix. An amazing company that I will definitely work with in the future. Thank you so very much. Juan was a phenomenal worker.

My regular guy hadn’t scheduled for over a week and wasn’t available once the unit went down completely so I had to scramble. Crossway sent a tech out right away. I felt so lucky! They had our hard-to-find capacitor. Up and running in 100°+ temps before the house heated up!
Two days later, I had to call them back. Still in the 100s, they were able to find a tech to send in a few hours. It was a warranty issue fixed THAT DAY! They actually sent another team member to pick up the part and deliver it for install. I felt so lucky!
In addition, Crossway has a reasonably priced annual contract that includes two visits and discounted rates in parts and additional services.

Crossway Mechanical will always be our AC company to call! We love that it's family own and operated. They are very nice people and truly get what customer service means. That's hard to come by these days. Brian and his team were on time and quick. Joey Torres was great at keeping us informed and went over every thing with us. I was impressed how fast the removal and install of the new unit went. I will recommend Crossway Mechanical to my friends and family any day.

Angel & his 4 member crew from Crossways Mechanical were prompt, very courteous & extremely hard working! His entire team was respectful towards us & respectful of our home. After working for several hours, Angel asked me if it was ok to work until they completed the job…I agreed, so they worked extra hours well into the night to complete our hvac job because it was a big job. The job involved duct work repair & extensions, Media filter upgrade, adding UV Lights, adding a whole house Halo air purifier & adding a whole house dehumidifier. After finishing the work, they cleaned the areas inside & outside too where they had stored their equipment.
Angel communicated well with me throughout the process of the job! Angel is a good team leader!

I am extremely grateful for Crossway Mechanical. They solved my AC issues. These guys are thorough and honest. Before them I had 5 different AC companies try and determine why my AC wasn’t cooling. They all had different reasons why it wasn’t cooling. Everything from replacing my unit to having an additional unit installed was suggested. Brian and Joey spent an hour determining my issues. First more coolant need to be added. All 5 previously said the coolant was fine. Immediately the house was cooling. He told us our duct work was faulty and not distributing the air correctly. In the follow up visit, he gave me a packet of pictures, explanations and diagrams of the problems. He explained everything in detail and showed me the issues in the Attic. I decided to go with their recommendations and my house is colder than it has ever been. If you are in need of AC work look no further. Crossway Mechanical will solve you problem.

I just don't have enough words to express the depth of gratitude my family and I feel for Brian Wright, his wife, and the team at Crossway Mechanical. Our journey has been long and painful. We got incredibly sick after living in a newly built home with major construction flaws — the worst of which was an improperly designed and installed HVAC system. The poor airflow and moisture control and poor attic ventilation led to severe mold contamination. Our health deteriorated, and we had no choice but to move out. Crossway is an amazing HVAC company. We had Brian come out to our Newley built house and inspect our HVAC unit prior to closing. He found several issues with the unit and provided us with many recommendations as well as support to get the builders HVAC installers to come and correct the issues that he found. After some back and forth with the builder we were able to get most of the recommendations corrected. Brian was very patient and treated us like family throughout the whole process having our best interest at heart. I cannot speak highly enough of this company.
