We've had American Made A/C out to our place twice, once for a maintenance check and another time to install a soft start device. Great service, on time and very fair pricing.

August 2023 our A/C stopped working and we left a voicemail in the middle of the night. We received a phone call early that next morning and the gentleman was able to come out and figure out we needed condenser motor and capacitor. He got the parts same day and our A/C was back up and running strong that night!

Mistakes happen — it’s how a company responds that really shows their true colors. American Made made an error during our installation, but they took full responsibility, covered 100% of the costs to fix it, and made everything right without hesitation. Their professionalism, communication, and commitment to standing behind their work earned our companies trust. I’d rather work with a company that owns their mistakes than one that hides them. Highly recommend!

What an amazing company! Heater wasn’t blowing warm air. Kevin came same day! Worked less than an hour and fixed it for now. Waiting for part to replace and will install when they have it. Highly recommend them!!

Update: Kevin came back with the part. Then realized one of the screws could break if he took it off. He said he could get it that day and come back in the evening or the next day. We made arrangements for the next day and he put the old motor back on. 4 hours later it went out and it was cold. I ask him to come that evening and he came back out around 8pm and fixed it. It was a long day for him working other jobs, but we were so appreciative that he made time at the end of the evening to come back out! What a great person he is and what great service we received!!
