My lawn went from hard soil, drab looking and sprinkler water would run into the street. After aerating and fertilizer treatment it looks green and lush. The techs were knowledgeable and courteous. This is my first experience with Lawn Doctor and am completely satisfied.

Lawn Doctor is the best! Our lawn was struggling and full of virginia creeper, and now it is thriving. They are very knowledgeable and professional. In addition, communication is easy, prompt, and personable. I highly recommend Lawn Doctor!

Brandon came out to treat our lawn that has a few low spots, but since it had rained all night, together we agreed next week conditions would be better. He is always great about answering my questions in an informed way, and is delightful to work with!

It was clear to me that Brandon was ensuring that the treatment was being spread evenly and effectively, even though he was unaware that I was watching him. Brandon W completed a weed service at my house and I couldn’t be happier. He listened to my concerns. Afterwards Brandon sent me detailed text on what I can expect out of the service and additional information if I wanted to sign up for a regular treatment plan in the future. He was extremely polite and extraordinarily helpful.

Long story short: I started receiving services from Lawn Doctor in September of 2020. While my root rot issue was solved, the results after 8 months were absolutely not worth the cost of ~$2000 dollars. As of May 2021, My lawn is an embarrassment compared to my neighbors. When I complained and decided to cancel I unfortunately was not offered any reimbursement of retreatment, only more services. I understand that every lawn is different and that is why I paid to take the guess work out of the equation.

I initially contacted lawn doctor due to root rot killing small portions of my lawn in the front and rear. The recommended solution was a "Take All Recovery Jump Start" which cost $558.15 and was sprayed on my lawn once, and a round of "Premium Maintainer" once every 5 weeks starting in September of 2020 which costs $184.50 every visit. I had been through so many ups and down with my lawn as the first owner of my house, I decided it was worth the cost to pay for Lawn Doctor and finally have a yard I can be proud of. Thankfully, the root rot stopped spreading!

Unfortunately, after paying nearly $200 dollars per month since September 2020, my lawn as of today still has dead spots, uneven growth, and has plenty of weeds of many varieties... I spoke to someone on the phone and expressed my disappointment regarding not only the cost but the effectiveness of the treatment I had been paying for and that I had decided to cancel. They only offered more services and to send someone out again. For around $2,000 dollars in services since September of 2020 I absolutely cannot justify the cost of services when met with the results. I am very thankful I did not pay for an entire year up front.

At the end of the day, I paid someone $200 bucks every 5 weeks to spread fertilizer.
