Reviews of local pros in Tyler, Texas

Michael and his crew did a fantastic job trimming my trees and left my yard in pristine condition. The crew was extremely polite and courteous and go out of their way to do a good job, meet the customers need and protect the integrity and health of the trees. Highly recommend!!

CastleTree Service removed 4 trees and trimmed 1. They provide the insurance policy that covered the project. They provided a well written scope of work and an assessment of the trees health in my back yard. They notified me when the crew would arrive. They spent the first 20 minutes going over the safety and the scope of work. They protected the yard underground water lines. Completed the work in one day and did a good job cleaning up. Job well done.

Mike Castle and his crew are exceptional. I highly recommend their tree service. After speaking with Mike and observing his crew in action, it was evident that they are extremely skilled and knowledgeable. They took great care of my trees and only made pruning cuts that would benefit the trees. I am very pleased with every part of my experience from the consultation & quotation to the actual pruning. I’ll be using them to take care of my trees from now on. Truly wonderful people to work with.

Michael and his crew did a great job and were very thorough. I will definitely use them again.

Our trees were professionally trimmed by the team. Particularly impressive was attention to safety and housekeeping. Many thanks for a job well done!

Castle tree service did an outstanding job removing trees for us!! So very professional and knowledgeable!! His crew is hardworking and also very polite. We love watching how they climb the trees with ease. We would HIGHLY recommend them for anyone who is looking for tree removal or trimming trees.

Michael Castle is very knowledgeable and passionate about trees. His company, Castle Tree Service did a great job cleaning up my trees in the Cascades. They arrived when they said they would and finished in short order. I highly recommend them.

WOW! Castle's Tree Service did a great job on our trees. The initial consultation was thorough. The scope of needed work was clearly explained. When the guys showed up, it was an entire team! They completed the work and our trees look GREAT. Not one piece of tree trimming was left anywhere. We were very pleased with the price...but more importantly, we were pleased with the quality of the work. Thank you Castle's Tree Service.

Excellent service. The crew was on time and cleaned up yard once work was finished. I highly recomment Castle's Tree Service.

Michael and his crew are top notch. We had them come out to remove three trees-two of which were over our house, so we were very cautious about who we chose. Additionally, they pruned several trees.

Michael is extremely knowledgeable and educated us about best practices and what we can do to maintain the health of our trees. He spent much time walking our property with us and answering questions before rewalking it to get pictures for his estimate. The estimate was extremely detailed and was what we discussed. He provided plans for current and future work.

Communication with Michael and his Office Manager, Cody, was always courteous with timely replies.

The crew answered any questions and asked about any concerns. They take safety protocols seriously for themselves and the property. It was obvious this is something on which they are well trained. They left the areas where work was done in better shape than they found it.

We are extremely pleased with their work and will have them out for more work and maintenance of our trees in the future.

The tree crew at Castle's Tree Service was the most safety conscious crew I have ever seen. From their morning safety meeting to calling out whenever the customer was entering the work area, I never had a concern about mine or the crew's safety. We had one tree removal and two large tree trimmings as well as a cabling system installed. The crew was very knowledgeable and explained the reason they were trimming specific branches. I recommend Castle's Tree Service if you are interested in the long term health of your trees.

These guys are incredible. On time, very professional and great service all the way around for all the men that were on the job.
Will highly recommend to my friends and enemies as they will make them both happy.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My ONLY compliant is that one of the men tore off two corners of my heater box that was outside. I do not know why he needed them. But I got him on camera doing so. Tree service was top-notch!! Very impressive.

Michael was very knowledgeable and helpful. He returned my calls promptly. He and his team showed up when promised, and our trees look great.

Castle's Tree Service is the best around. Michael and his crew have beautifully cared for our two very old Southern Red Oaks, which are both gorgeous and potentially concerning in severe weather. On this most recent work, we needed three Mimosa trees taken out (so invasive!), as well as some dead limbs removed from a tall Pine, preventive cabling work in the tallest of our two oaks, and some low canopy trimming on another tree that overhangs the street. The entire crew was professional, efficient, took amazing care of our property, and have only reinforced our resolve that we would never go with anyone else. Michael's price point is very fair, and he was able to schedule us in a timely manner. One of his team, John, was especially courteous and shared what he loved about our oaks, hoping he could continue to care for them in the future. You'll never be sorry with your service if you use Castle's!

I’ve used Michael and his crew before. They do a great job, clean up their mess and are pleasant to work with. I have and will continue to recommend them

“Highly professional” – not something you normally hear associated with a Tree Service firm. Castle’s Tree Service Provided an unexpected level of care for my property, the other trees in my yard that didn’t need to be cut down, my neighbor‘s property & did it all with an impressive sense of organization and safety.

I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a big Job done right!

Mike Castle is an absolute pro. He was super knowledgable, friendly, helpful, and offered multiple options to allow us to be part of the decision making process. His team was timely and professional and took excellent care of our trees. We will continue using them to care for our trees and completely trust them. We would highly recommend!

I've used Castles Tree Service on several occasions. Always professional, with quality work , at a reasonable price. Like the trees were never there.

I used Castle’s Tree Service to have a large water oak that was in close proximity to my house removed . These guys are top notch Very skilled, I enjoyed watching them work. Great teamwork, they honestly looked like they enjoy doing what they do. Great experience from quote to cleanup. Highly recommend these guys

Great company!! Would absolutley use again and reccomend to friends & family. Great communication about the job being done, crew that came out wore all saftey gear and could not tell after the job was over, other then 4 trees being gome.
