I'm a repeat customer. The Castle team does a great job on my oak, trimming what needs to be removed and leaving it looking great. They know their stuff with regard to maintaining my tree and are willing and able to answer any question I have.

Michael and his crew did a great job tending to my trees and cleaning up after it was all done. They used minimal heavy equipment on my lawn to remove rotted and diseased limbs, which addressed my primary concern of preserving the trees on my property. I will be using them for future work!

They did a great job! The team worked really hard on a tough project and handled it professionally, they were very careful with our property. They removed our trees safely.
Very reliable and efficient service.
I would definitely recommend them for any tree work.

Their arborist responded to a request for quote immediately, I received a reasonably priced quote the next day and the work was scheduled and completed quickly. They were very professional, the safest company I have dealt with, got the job done quickly, and cleaned up everything after. I recommend them 100% and will definitely use them again..

Mike and his team of professionals have been maintaining our two 100+ year old pecan trees for years. We wouldn’t go to anyone else for tree services. Their attention to detail is top notch which rivals their experience and knowledge. Highly recommended.

We love working with Michael Castle and his team. They’re incredibly knowledgeable and always do what’s best for the trees and the homeowner. Super responsive, easy to work with, and they take real pride in their work. Highly recommend!

We just hired Castle's Tree Service to save one of our beloved pine trees that seemed to be dying for no apparent reason. Once Michael Castle came out and explained what was happening and what could be done about it, we were very impressed with his knowledge and expertise. We decided to have him do what he could to save it and also thin out several other trees that kept dropping multiple branches with every storm. He explained what would be best for the health of each of the trees, and at the same time to best suit our needs. And he was also very accommodating with my special request.

Michael's team works very well together and they are extremely well trained and have extensive experience.

Estimates are very thorough, allowing for comments or adjustments and payment can be done easily online.

Highly recommended. We will definitely be calling Castle's Tree Service back for any future tree work.

Michael and the team at Castle’s Tree Service came highly recommended from another arborist. I was told that he is someone who genuinely cares about and respects his customers’ trees and will work to not only prune and trim the trees to effectively reduce risk and canopy weight, but also leave the trees well positioned for long term health. This reputation proved to be true from the moment Michael took my call and came out to assess our trees. He and his team took great care of our trees, carefully mitigated some concerning hypoxylon canker on our oaks, and worked quickly while respecting our property and leaving our yard in great shape. They have earned my repeat business!

Michael and crew did a fantastic job with the trimming and pruning of 5 large old trees on our Lake Palestine area home. For anyone who cares about maintaining healthy and safe trees on your property--- these are your guys! Arrived on time, stayed all day into the dark and cleaned up well. Michael is a true arborist with the knowledge to treat trees with the care they deserve. He and his well informed crew work safely and seemlessly with each other to execute a predetermined plan of where and how pruning cuts should be made. Awesome job! Will definitely have them back when next needed.

Look no further! Castle Tree Service is simply THE BEST! Michael and his team are an excellent example of a human machine where everyone works together to get the job done. They are great about communicating and documenting images and notes about your trees. They show up on time! Michael is so knowledgeable, and as a true Arborist, he can guide you and give you choices based on facts. He and his team work so professionally, in unison from start to finish. They have worked on our trees four times over the years and we highly recommend them. The last tree they took down was a mighty one, but they had no trouble with it. God bless this amazing crew- Michael, John, Justin, Dylan, Dusty, David, Caden and Sheridan.

Oh my! These men are so profession. The skill level was off the charts. The tree was dead and between houses. But with accuracy and skill it was removed without
Incident. And when completed they cleaned up all the debri from roofs and yard. Left my yard better than when they arrived!

We had an excellent experience with Castle Tree Service from start to finish. We had several large trees that needed to be removed along with some heavy trimming close to our house, and their crew was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient the entire time. They showed up exactly when they said they would, walked us through the plan, and answered all our questions before getting started. The crew worked safely and quickly, and when they were done you couldn’t even tell tree work had been done, the cleanup was spotless. Pricing was fair, communication was great, and the quality of work exceeded our expectations. We will absolutely use Castle Tree Service again and highly recommend them to anyone needing tree work done right.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I can’t say enough good things about Castle’s Tree Service. They removed several large, dangerous dead branches from my property and quite literally are saving my two old, sick live oak trees. What could have easily turned into a full removal turned into a careful, skilled preservation job thanks to their knowledge and professionalism.
They were thorough in assessing tree health and in providing injections and treatment. Additionally, they gave both hard and soft landscaping recommendations.
Michael and his crew were respectful of my and my neighbor’s property, and clearly passionate about tree health — not just tree cutting. It gave me real confidence that they’re in this for the long-term health of the trees, not just a quick job.
If you want experts who know how to safely handle big trees and genuinely care about keeping them alive and thriving, this is the team to call. I highly recommend them.

I'm an architect so, when it comes to things related to construction and landscape type work, I like to see it done efficiently and right.

I had not heard of Castle's Tree Service until they did work recently for my neighbor and, I was very impressed. Since I needed a tree next to the power line removed, I decided to hire them.

The way they worked was excellent. I was impressed to see them have a safety and procedures discussion on site before starting the work and, once they got going, nobody was standing around wasting time on cell phones. No large branches were allowed to fall uncontrolled onto my grass, smashing my sprinkler system, as other companies have done here over the years.

The men all worked long and hard and cleaned up everything afterwards too. I have no hesitation recommending them and would use them again if I need tree work done.

She is a great person and clean it my house very good

She went above and beyond my expectations. My home is old and you can tell it has been lived in, she cleaned up stains I did not think were possible to remove. Thank you so much for your time, what a great job. If you need a good cleaning service she is the one for you! She cleans carpets as well:-)
