HVAC reviews in Van Alstyne, Texas

I call them each time I move into a new home to take care of my air duct cleaning. They always do a great job making sure my ducts are spotless and the air feels fresh. Leo has also given me helpful advice about areas in my house where I could be losing cool air, like around windows, doors, or spots that might need more insulation. The service is always professional and friendly, and I feel the air conditioning works better afterwards—especially with the Texas heat. Highly recommend for anyone needing their air ducts cleaned or looking to improve their home's energy efficiency!

When our dryer stopped working right and kept saying the duct was blocked, we knew we needed help. Even though we always clean the lint trap, it wasn't enough. Before and after photos of our ductwork showed a huge difference—everything looked so much cleaner. After they sanitized the vent covers, our whole house smelled so much fresher. After another company didn’t show up, I reached out to get my air ducts cleaned in Van Alstyne. The team was able to fit me in the very next day, which I really appreciated. I used a $69.95 coupon for the service, but I understood there would be some extra costs—no one expects a skilled professional to spend hours cleaning ducts for just that price! Leo was the technician who came out, and he did an outstanding job. He arrived right on time and was extremely polite and hardworking. Our house has had five dogs and two cats over many years, so the air ducts were very dirty. Leo worked really hard to make sure every vent and duct was spotless. He even ran his cleaning equipment through the ducts a second time when he wasn’t satisfied with the first pass, and he had to clean his own filters outside because so much dust and pet hair had built up. I had seen some mixed reviews online and was a little nervous, but my experience was excellent. Leo walked me through everything and gave me a clear estimate of $285 for our bi-level home with 9 vents, 3 main trunks, 5 returns, and 1 air handler. As someone with contracting experience, I thought the price was very fair. There was no pressure to add on extra services, but Leo explained the options for things like deodorizer and mold treatment. We chose to add the deodorizer, and he gave us a nice discount for that. When the job was done, Leo cleaned up everything and stuck to the agreed price. I’m very happy with how clean our air ducts are now, and I highly recommend this company if you need your ducts cleaned in Van Alstyne.
