Terrible company. Terrible service. Our AC went out 2 1/2 weeks ago and FAS has had the part to fix the ac for 6 days now. We had an original appointment 3 days ago and they called our insurance stating we canceled an emergency service?!?! Make that make sense as to why we would cancel our appointment knowing it’s over 100° in El Paso????? They lied to our insurance company saying we canceled and lied to us stating they needed 2 people to install the part. They told us they’ll come Thursday at 8 am. Here we are, day 6 (Thursday) and it’s 430pm as they’ve been “running behind” to fix our ac and there is currently 1 person here to fix our ac. How are you running behind when our appointment was scheduled for 8am ?? Their page states they “close” at 5 pm. The young man is very unprofessional and will walk away from you as we try to communicate with him. Terrible terrible business as they do not care about their customers. I wish I could leave 0 stars. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. STAY FAR AWAY; YOUR TIME WILL BE WASTED.

Very satisfied with the service from FAS. Their entire team is excepcional. César, Fabián, Juan Rubio all of them, and thanks to Elizabeth for being attentive to everything necessary with my refrigeration.

my heater broke last week and it was 20 degree with my 2 kids in the house and i called this company and they were extremely helpful and on time. I talked to cynthia and she explained everything to me and was a really nice person. Really appreciate them and their work would 100% contact them again.

This company was contacted by my warranty service to complete an AC maintenance service. They went out right away to give a free estimate. When we scheduled for the actual service they did not show up and kept canceling and rescheduling. Eventually they just would not return any calls. So unprofessional. They could have at least let me know they were not going to do the service so that I could call someone else. This went from October all the way through December. So disappointing.

Fabian and his team are very professional and informative. Their prices are very reasonable as we had a few quotes from other companies and chose FAS as they were hundreds of dollars less in their quote.

My wife and I have them maintain our hvac systems and they recently installed a tankless water and new combo on the other side of our home. We couldn't be happier with their services! I would highly recommend FAS for any hvac needs.

Excellent services! This is the third time for a different issue, the problem gets fixed quick and well done, for reasonable prices!

I've been using this company since we bought our house, and from the start they have been amazing with service, timely response and work. Every year I get the maintenance with them. I just had service done on my AC and ALEX R. was awesome, very nice knowledgeable, and quick to find what the problem was!

Got our AC installed and everything was done so professional. Everyone here was super polite and helpful with everything. Jorge explained everything in detail on the installation, the thermostat and the maintenance that needed to be done on our new AC. Would recommend anyone to get their work done by FAS.

Used contractor by home warranty program, very professional and responsive. No bull company. When they say they will be there they will. Tech was informative and quick to diagnose and repair the issue. Work guaranteed 30 days. Thank you FAS

I got a new refrigeration unit installed. The process was very smooth. Elizabeth explained the logistics and helped me understand the financial process. All the staff and technicians were very nice and professional. I highly recommend this company.

FAS has been amazing to work with , my home warranty assigned them to my claim and they came out here next day submitted my report within 2 days and unfortunately my home warranty does take a while to process reports but i couldn’t wait so I ended up instead getting a quote from FAS to covert to refrigeration they gave me such a great price and installed my unit as soon as 1 day , definitely recommend 100% !! Best in El Paso for sure !

Cesar repaired our SubZero ice maker with ease and expertise. He is right on time and cared about our freezer as well as our kitchen. The project took two trips as he dug into the ice maker motor and discovered that a bracket had been broken which caused our ice maker to freeze a block of ice in the bucket. Another repair service kept promising they would come and never showed up. Cesar was wonderful!!!

WOW...What a fantastic group of hard working, and courteous crew. I would like to extend my appreciation to Fabian Jr, Juan Ramos, and of course the owner, Fabian. Excellent communications with this organization is key to their great success.

Update : To no surprise , the owner replied to my review 3 weeks ago lying and saying that I called his employees names and used foul language! I know that everyone is working hard. So when I call and your employees can’t give me an accurate update that is concerning! No one could give me an update! No one kept me informed. For days, I was told the same thing. That the person in charge was not there so no one could give me an update! When your manager calls and lies to AHS saying that I was not ok with the timeline and suddenly cancels the work order, knowing that it would put the installation of a new AC even more behind, definitely shows how little this company cares about their customers! I got a new unit because I needed a new one not because your prices are competitive. As an owner your responses should show better customer service and realize that maybe your employees need some training! Again, everyone , AVOID this company at all cost !- updated 9/12/23.

I would completely avoid this company! I was trying to get on their schedule now since my AC package unit is literally on the way to their facility ! The office manager called my warranty company to cancel the work order because apparently I was not ok with the time frame. So now I am stuck/delayed even further when I’ve been waiting for my AC unit to be fixed since June 30th. Not only did the office manager lie about this situation , these actions show you how little they care about business and customers in the middle of higher than 100 degree weather . - update 8/11/23.

This company came to my home to evaluate an issue with the AC on July 17th. After 8 business days they have failed to submit their report to my warranty company which has now delayed the repair of the AC. I have been without AC for 4 weeks now. I have tried to call them and they are very rude, short and unprofessional on the phone. The person taking care of the reports is always out to lunch when I call. I have called them at 48hours, 96 hours and 144 hours after evaluating the AC to ask them to please submit their report and I continue to get the answer that it will take another 24hours.

My home warranty contracted them and I had to call them to ask about my appointment because they had not shown up. And even with me calling they got here 3 hours later and for them just to tell me they couldn't fix it because they needed approval for the repair. They set up another appointment for today from 11-2 and they did not show up. I called to ask what was going on and they said they were waiting for approval. I went ahead and called my warranty company and got them to do the approval while I was on the phone. I called them back to tell them it had been approved and they did not want to come anymore. They gave me another appointment for tomorrow morning again. It was ok for them to be 3 hrs late yesterday but couldn't come today. Keep in mind I got the approval and called them @2:09pm. A courtesy call yesterday and today would have been nice. DO NOT use this company.

I converted from swamp cooler to refrigeration. Fabian the owner was very professional answered all my questions and responded in a timely manner. The installers were very friendly made sure my house was clean and they took the time to explain the new wifi- thermometer that was installed. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism and their prices!! If you’re on the fence don’t think about it any longer convert/upgrade best decision ever!
