I have worked with Randy and his team for 3+ years and his honesty and knowledge are important and rare in this world where it is so hard to find good companies to trust.

This was the third company I reached out to for the same AC issue. The first one sounded unsure. The second one wanted to charge me nearly $20,000 (yep, you read that right). Then came Vance, who gave me straightforward answers I could actually trust and at a price that didn’t leave me in tears.
I’ve been trying to find an AC company I could count on for over 10 years, and I finally feel like I’ve found it.
Big thanks to Randy for all his help! He was professional, knowledgeable, and didn’t talk down to me once.
And ladies… if you’ve ever had a tech act like it’s a burden to talk to you instead of your husband? Not here. Randy was amazing to deal with, respectful, and made me feel totally comfortable from start to finish.

Vance A/C & Heating was responsive. They answered the phone even though it was a holiday weekend and I was a new customer. The recommended solution was not the most expensive option. Their recommendation combined real world practical considerations with high tech equipment to provide an optimum solution for our particular needs. We were traveling at the time. The installation was done while we were absent. They took good care of our house and left it as clean as when they arrived.

Installation of a gas fired 26 kW backup generator. Completed in one day! Important to have a generator since in the worst area for power outages in Houston metro area.

Evan did an excellent job for the fall heating checkup. He was very thorough and showed us pictures of all that was checked. We had been given a bogus equipment review from another company so very satisfied.

I’ve been using Vance for a number of years for both maintenance and repairs. Great group of guys. Excellent service, always on time and with a fair and reasonable price. My HVAC is in excellent hands. Seriously!

I had such a great experience with Randy and Theresa! From start to finish, their communication was excellent… they showed up right on time, were super friendly, and extremely thorough!! You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in their work. It’s so refreshing to find people who are honest, professional, and genuinely kind. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone needing AC service!

Had our fall inspection done and we are so thankful for the excellent service. Evan was very professional and thorough. Plus I had time to run to ACE and get replacement filters that he installed for me. I recommend Vance and getting set up with their maintenance program.

Vance ac/heating was outstanding! It was nice getting to know the owner Randy and his co-worker Evan. They were professional and explained everything with suggestions.
