I called for a repair to my icemaker. The first response was quick and prompt. My problem persisted and to get them to respond or answer my calls and texts was an effort. They had me buy a new mechanism and charged me $495. This still didn't work so I called for days and perused until I could get an answer. This time I was told it was a water valve and it would cost $200. I thought this was excessive and did some research. The icemaker should have been no more than $250 and the valve was under $100. Even with that over charge I was still trying to get them to repair and figure out costs later. I have had no response for 2 days. I explained that I was tired of chasing them down, and was t the point of calling g from different phones to avoid being ignored. I called a different company and the ice maker they installed is cracked! The new company is charging $495 to replace the ice maker, valve, and a heating element that keeps the moving parts from freezing. West Houston over charged, would not respond to a problem, or resolve the situation. I was not pleased and have had to try to dispute my charge. Proceed with caution.

This was the third or fourth time that we have used W.H. Appliance repair. Each time their service tech was on time, professional, and was able to diagnose the problem and effect the repair, timely and with precision. And the service call price is very reasonable.

The tech came same day and did the repairs same day. Replaced a garbage disposal and helped new with counter top stove and replaced water filter in refrigerator. Was extremely polite and professional. My experience was great. A happy customer. Will use again when needed
