The negative reviews of this place are completely dishonest. The Tech showed up in the beginning of the 4 hour window. I was not waiting around all day. They identified the problem and quickly found a way to repair it. I don't know much about ovens especially the newer ones. They could have easily overcharged me on some bs part that I don't need and drop the bill on me and leave. He did not do that.

From scheduling an appointment through the actual visit, we were very happy with W.H. Appliance Repair. The initial appointment had to be rescheduled, but there was proactive communication and a new date and time was set. Ricardo arrived on time (with advance notice of when he expected to arrive), and he was very professional, friendly, and he certainly seemed very knowledgeable about our LG refrigerator. We only had a couple of minor issues, but Ricardo took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. We plan to use them again.

My washing machine purchased in 1984 stopped spinning and required a new motor which is no longer available. Ricardo Soto found a new one that fits well with my 1984 dryer which is still working. He purchased, delivered and installed the new washing machine as well as hauling away the old one which was full of water. His decision to go beyond reasonable expectations to solve my problem for a very reasonable fee is greatly appreciated.

We had some installation issues with a washer dryer set that Lowes would not resolve due to the 20 day time limit on installs. I contacted the LG recommended W.H. Appliance Repair for help. Ricardo was our service tech and he is AWESOME! He took care of our issue and found that Lowes di not tape the dryer exhaust vent correctly which let dryer debris come into the house. He answered all our questions we had about various things. He is a great tech, very friendly and knowledgeable. When we have issues with other appliances, we will call W.H. Appliance Repair.

I'm a single woman and I want all ladies to know, I believe that they give a fair and decent price. On time for everything. The installers are awesome. They will be my plumber from now on. I have too say that someone else did a estimate that was twice as much. They were also trying too put stuff in that I

Honestly should’ve checked reviews before calling the company. The person they sent out came out and wasn’t here for even 5 minutes. Repeatedly he told us his company wouldn’t send anyone to do any work out here. (Not even sure why they sent someone in the first place.) He spent more time talking about how we were sitting on a gold mine because of the gravel we had on our land. Called to get an itemized invoice because I was charged $165 for a service call. Steep service call- literally did nothing and was told over the phone multiple times by my husband that we did not have a stopped up line. Sharon said we would “figure it out” when they got here just to be told they wouldn’t be doing anything or have anyone come out to do the work we wanted/needed and were asking for. She told me she wouldn’t argue on the phone with me about what was said even though I know exactly what was said to her by husband. Do not recommend this company!

Shane and George were phenomenal workers. They came and did what they needed to do. All drains are working properly and water is flowing. They were profesional and knew what they were doing! 100% satisfied. Would recommend!
