Mr. Vance has provided his expertise on numerous occasions for us at our current home. Today we requested his opinion of some issues we are experiencing on a new construction project. He has always been and still is very thorough. I highly recommend him. He goes the extra mile for his clients.

Vance Air Conditioning & Heating is fantastic! Very friendly customer service from Randy over the phone and Evan the technician as well. Requested maintenance at midnight and had a phone call to schedule an appointment the next morning. Very thorough maintenance with clear information. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing any HVAC services.

Once again, Evan came out to assist my husband and I with our air conditioning and he delivered, quick & efficiently. We recommend these folks to anybody needing an honest and quick repair. Vance is and will always be our go-to AC guys for as long as they are in business!

Vance Air Conditioning and Heating is great! They were able to come out to service our furnace so quickly on a Monday morning. Each time I’ve used them, all of the technicians have been so kind and professional. It was a bit of a pricey fix but it’s understandable! The technicians were very thorough in finding out exactly what was wrong. Highly recommend Vance AC & Heating!

Great customer service Randy and his team were awesome. If their was 10 ⭐ ratings I would rate them that. They are punctual,and the job gets done in a timely manner. The same day I called my unit got serviced. Randy went over the options,I decided to purchase a new unit and same day Randy took care of all paperwork that was needed..this was on Wednesday and by Friday morning Randy and his crew arrived to install the unit. Very impressive 👍🏼will definitely recommend this company!!

Randy Vance and his tech came out on a Saturday morning and replaced my coil. They took around a couple of hours to get it replaced. Didn't take long at all. As soon as they got done I already was feeling the difference. Vance air conditioning did a great job.

Mr. Randy and Evan are so nice! They tag teamed my outside unit asap and got it working again for me and my kids. Thank you both so much!

I called Randy this morning because our upstairs unit stopped working and it felt like a jungle upstairs. He was able to get me on the schedule same day. He was communicative, on time, friendly and clearly very capable. In fact, his price to fix the broken unit was so fair we decided to have him replace the same part in our other unit! We will definitely use Vance Air Conditioning again and I would highly recommend them!
