Dimitri did the job but was extremely rude and unprofessional. We were asking him basic questions about the repairs needed and he was answering them but with an attitude. At the end of the job I even asked the gentlemen if there is something we have done to offend him but he seemed unbothered by my comments. I even offered him water to maybe ease his attitude but nothing worked here. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and second chances and I hate leaving bad reviews but this one needed to be posted. Will not be using this company again.. I expect a call from there management soon and this review to get a response from them.

06-01-2023 at 725 PM. Yes I received your text message yesterday and the time window was between 11AM - 3 PM. There were no issues with payment, you can call Dimitri to confirm that from your end. Even if there was a gate code, this is normal. You have your facts wrong here, Dimitri did not wait at the gate for 30 minutes. He called us at 152PM stating he is 20 minutes away and I have the voicemail to show for it. Than we got a call and voicemail from your company at 210PM stating we need the gate code to enter and I have the voicemail for that. And he was at our residence at 213PM and I have the video footage to prove it. So how did he wait 30 minutes at the gate? I understand from our end we should have answered the call but I was in the bathroom at the time and unable to attend. He did a good job fixing the issue, when i stated he was unprofessional i was talking about his rude behavior. my good will gesture to offer him water is not because I assumed he does not have it.. it was because maybe he was having a bad day and maybe that would make him feel better about his day. For you to state we got Dimitris best goes to show that this company may have low standards that did not meet my expectations. And lastly, after this we did not receive a call from you, so please only state facts. Happy to discuss further with you offline, I don't want to feud, but it seems like this is what you want it to be. Good day!

Excellent service! Found the leak quickly and he was so nice, knowledgeable and professional. Excellent service from scheduling to finishing the repair, they are wonderful people. I felt confident and was so relieved when he was here and he made sure there were no problems before he left. We will definitely use you guys from now on!

Dimitri quickly identified and addressed our clogged house drain that was backed up into our kitchen sinks. He worked quickly and so efficiently to clear the clog so we could get our kitchen back up and running again. Clean up was quick as well. Highly recommend.

Mitci came out through my home warranty company. Communication was good and they were prompt and professional. He said he repaired the leak under our sink. Fortunately we left the bucket under it because the next day it was still leaking. I called and left a message. No reply. So I called the home warranty people and they said they would send them back. But it’s been several days and nothin. Mean while it is still leaking.

I do not recommend this plumber. He came in to fix a refrigerator dispenser problem but started blaming my reverse osmosis system which is not associated with it. He immediately started exaggerating the cost and trying to find other faults without even taking the time to properly diagnose the original issue. He was pushy and simply wanted to charge as much as possible to my insurance. When I turned down his excessive charges, he got angry and left in a huff without actually fixing anything. He did not explain anything and clearly just wanted to jack up the prices. I will be calling a different plumber next time.

Update- the jacked up cost also includes misdiagnosis trying to find more problems that do not exist and trying to bill the home insurance company- home insurance company turned down the request. For example reverse osmosis had nothing to do with the original problem and this has been confirmed by two other plumbers.

Dimitri from Mitci’s plumbing is extremely courteous and knowledge. He moves quickly and can identify the problem in just a few minutes. He was quick to identify my issues and also educate my on what ya important and what is not!!! He came across as honest which is rare for this profession in my opinion. I find plumbing services in America as ridiculously expensive. However Mitci’s is very reasonable and Cheaper than most. I am keeping their number for future issues !

Tim The Plumber @ Mitci Services did some plumbing work for us in Sugarland, Tx. He did an amazing job, was extremely polite and professional, and took care of all issues quickly. He had to pick up some parts to complete the repairs and let us know he would be back later in the day, but would call first before coming over. He was true to his word and everything is fixed! Highly recommend Tim the Plumber!!

Dimitri and another guy (I regret to know this name) were knowledgeable, nice, and honest! My dad was the one who got them to replace our dual water heaters. 3 hours was all it took. Barely made a dent with the stored water that we kept! Great service from them!

This is the second time Mitci Plumbing has repaired our pipes through choice home warranty. He is very professional and personable. Wether going through a home service plan or not I would and do recommend him for plumbing services.

Mitci Plumbing is the best plumber I have ever used. Tim was able to diagnose and fix the four leaks I had. Tim was professional, on time, courteous, and above all knowledgeable. He also cleaned after him, so when he left, my bathroom was clean. He also was able to save me a lot of money. The previous plumber told me that I have to buy new faucets. The problem is that I could not find a good match to my existing sets. I called my Home Warranty company and they send me Mitci Plumbing. I want to thank Choice Home Warranty for sending me the amazing Mitci Plumbing. I strongly recommend Tim with Mitci Plumbing.

Tim was the technician that was sent to help us unclog a toilet. My toddler threw an object in the toilet and flushed it down, was sure it would not be able to be unplugged. Tim got it unplugged! He was fast and efficient. He was so honest. It's a true blessing 🙏 to have an honest worker who gets the job done. Will be recommending Mitci Plumbing LLC to family and friends

I have choice home warranty and had leakage from the garbage disposal which was working well over past 6 years. Choice had asked Mitci to provide service. Dimitri came , looked at the garbage disposal and said " your pipe is not straight " , took a picture and said choice has denied your claim - pay me the service fees . I paid the 45$ but did not understand the logic. this was working well for many years - they only needed to swap out the garbage disposal which had obviously failed - but did not want to do the work. Absolutely unhappy with the service. the whole approach was to just get the service fee and run rather than solve a problem and provide service. I would keep away from both Mitci and Choice Home warranty

Amazing service and extremely knowledgeable. I had an AC technician tell me a pipe was broken and it would costs $3000 to fix, I called this company for a second quote and turns out it wasn’t even broken! The AC just has a leak, thank you for saving me so much money!!

I have Choice Home Warranty and they had Mitci Plumbing come over. I placed the order December 26th on line thru Choice Service online claims, and they just came over today. Dmitri showed up with a mask and shoe covers and was very polite. I gave him a little history and told him there was a leak in my kitchen ceiling and the upstairs bath was just above the kitchen. He found where the leak was coming from and also had to make a access hole in the kitchen ceiling. He explained that he would let Choice Warranty know that was necessary to diagnose the issue and thank goodness he made the hole because water was gathering above and now the wood can dry out properly since he fixed the leak. Was coming from a upstairs shower valve. He swept up and charged me the $65/ call fee. Very professional, thorough and quick. Mitci office also was polite in confirming appointment, spoke with Bridget and she was very professional as well answering my questions. Now waiting on Choice Warranty to advise on a general contractor to come and fix the access hole as that is something a plumber doesn't fix. I would use Dmitri again for any plumbing issues.

The technician they sent out, Jonathan, was polite, through and did a great job. He took his time to Fix the issue. The faucet works even better than when I first started using it. I highly reccomend this company to anyone who has plumping issues!

Dimitri cleared a clogged bathtub and fixed the dripping faucet! He is a very knowledgeable plumber with 10+ years of experience. He called before coming to give his ETA and was right on time. He was friendly, courteous, and wore protective shoe covers. He was also health safe by wearing the required face covering. I strongly recommend this company for your plumbing needs! I will definitely use them again should I need a plumber in the Houston, Texas area.

I cannot honestly thank Dimitri enough. He helped me solve a problem with a defective and a new granite countertop. He always showed as promised and on time. Seriously- I recommend this company and Dimitri more highly than the stars let me!
