I have been a customer of R&A for over 20 years, and have never been disappointed. Their pricing is very fair, service provided is very reliable, and their range of services offered is great.

We are very pleased with the work and professionalism of R&A Landscaping. They are timely and courteous. I would definitely recommend them.

They have come out unannounced every time and are only here for about 10 minutes. The first time I couldn't get out of the shower to unlock my back gate fast enough and they left without mowing the back yard. I also placed some bricks around a tree and a couple other little sprouts around the yard and they treat it like it's a garden and won't weed eat around it. So I have 2ft tall grass grown up around parts of my yard leaving it looking terrible. They continue to show up unannounced and my back yard has only been mowed once in 4 trips now. I have called and left voicemails, I have emailed and text messaged trying to find out anything that can be done about this. I have only ever recieved one return notice of any kind and it was to inform me that they were only charging me half for not doing the back yard. They have never made the slightest effort to address any of the issues at my house. Customer service is at the bottom of their list. They're just trying to get in and out. Bang out as many houses as they can in a day and go home. Who cares I'd they leave their customers houses looking ridiculous right? Why would you mow and weed eat one random box of bricks but not the others? Why not around the tree in 6 weeks? Why weed eat 2 of 3 boxes by the street? Im handicapped or I'd just do all myself.

Terrible customer service, and a complete lack of integrity. They broke one of my solar yard lights while mowing and left it there for me to find. On top of that they completely forgot to edge my lawn which is part of what I pay for. I called management to express my concerns and left a message and nobody contacted me back. Not only did they blow off my call but they are refusing to mow my lawn again because there are "too many problems". Problem I had no hand in creating. Way to be professionals.

I’ve been using them several years so far.
They promised so many things in the beginning and hardly delivered anything.
The only reason I kept them until very recently was this.
Actually, their mowing staff is very nice & hard workers.

BUT their customer care & management is the worst.
Always giving you a bunch of excuses and never keep up with it.
I only saw a few times they show up on the day, they notify me to come.
They have a email notification system but I had to leave my gate open 6 days a week because I did not want to miss the service. They skipped so many weeks.

Here comes the worst part, when you getting into the fall season when you have lots of fallen leaves.
They may showed up in the beginning once. after that they never come and just collect the monthly fee. Because they are so busy installing Christmas Light for the big money. Leave their long time customers with all these fallen fall leaves. It’s been last three years just like that. One year their staff told me about this.

We hire lawn care company because we could not handle it by ourselves. They were never there when I really need them.

This was my first time to use R&A Landscaping and I was blown away by how much they accomplished in such a short time. We needed them to take up a flower bed, rip up several square feet of grass and lay down 4 cubic yards of playground mulch in time for Christmas to set up a trampoline next to the swingset.

Two of their crew members worked hard and accomplished it in a matter of hours (and was about half the price of another quote we got, and they accomplished it in half the time).

My wife and I were very impressed with their quality and how the back yard looks and I look forward to using them again for future landscaping projects!

Amazing customer service, and work done was outstanding. Michelle was prompt, and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. Workers arrived and did full custom landscape on my yard, and it was exactly as promised. i would recommend R&A Landscape to everyone.

I have used R&A Landscaping to install my yearly Christmas lights as well as handle the weekly lawn mowing at my home. They did an exceptional job designing a custom light string for my home as I have many different angles on my roof that made using store bought lights almost impossible to use. They also do a great job mowing my yard and taking care of my landscaping. I would recommend this company to anyone.

R&A Landscaping has been taking care of my yard ever since I moved into Hidden Lakes in Keller. They do a great job and are dependable year after year ! How many things can you say that about ? I highly recommend their service. Their staff are very professional and their prices are the best in town.

I have used R&A for nearly 10 years now. As one of their early customers, I got a real nice deal on a total package...lawn and shrub maintenance, weed control, and lawn pest control. For many years, they were amazing. But the last 4-5 years have been less so. Normally, a phone call resulted in a quick solution, and since this is a business with high turn-over of workers, I was ok with needing to call to correct issues. But now you cannot even call. Nobody answers the phone and they tell you to email. Then, they do not respond to the emails. I recommended this company to my neighbors, who also use them now. But we are all not happy. Last week may be the end of all of our contracts with R&A. The mowed one neighbor, and left two of us without the weekly lawn care. I called twice and emailed twice and have still had no response. I have now gone 13 days without a cutting. My neighbors and I are now getting estimates for a different yard service. Do not waste your time or money with R&A.

I've been with R&A a long time. I have been satisfied with the mowing and extras that I get. If you are looking for someone who is constantly reliable, please give them a try! Good people.

Although they weren’t able to do the job on the day scheduled, R&A did come the next morning as promised and did an excellent job installing flower bed edging at a fair price.

Fantastic company! They do a great job on our yard every week, and can adjust the mowing schedule to your liking. They also can plant new grass and provide flowerbed clean ups! Highly recommend R&A.

I’ve been using Fabio’s DFW Christmas Lights for at least ten years. They are prompt, courteous and do the hard work for me! Follow up service such as a burned out bulb or wind loosening a string is same day in most cases. When I saw the discounts for early installation this year I said “why yes I need a little Christmas right this very minute”!
