First time to use this company. Service men were polite, hard working and thorough. I needed a dryer vent clean out done quickly and they were able to come out same day as my call which was fabulous. They charged what I was quoted-no hidden fees or attempts to change the amount after work completed. They cleaned up the work area and even checked dryer was working properly. The best carpet cleaning I have ever received. I would give 6 stars if I could, Juan was amazing he finished two rooms very throughly in under an hour. I have 3 dogs and my room carpet gets super messed up but he had it looking brand new! I will always call this company back for a clean up.

I inquired via online quote late Wednesday night and Nancy contacted me the next morning with a quote. She was very detailed and transparent and I always look for good customer service and honesty. I found it here. She squeezed me in same day for affordable pricing. The tech Miguel came out during the quoted time and did an EXCELLENT job on steam cleaning our bedroom carpets. I did a pet treatment as previous tenants had animals. It smells AMAZING in my house, which is always a plus since most carpet cleaning leave a musky smell. I will definitely be using them again. I loved that he asked me to review the carpet to make sure it was to my satisfaction. Another plus is that his attitude was great and he was super efficient! Satisfied and returning customer for sure.

My ceramic floors had been highly neglected. After a lot of hard work and steaming, now they look like new! Who knew I had tan grout!! Love the way it all turned out. Great company! I’ve attached before and after photos!

I had my carpets, air vents, and upholstery cleaned. I can mainly only comment on the efficacy of the carpet cleaning, since I can't see inside the vents, and the upholstery didn't really have any major stains. The carpet cleaning was done well, and I am pleased to report that they managed to clear up some stains that failed to be addressed by a previous water-only cleaning service.

I do have one note for the owners/operators, however. If someone has scheduled both a carpet clean and a vent clean, you should probably turn the central air back on after the vents are done but before you start on the carpet. When I turned my air back on, the vents coughed out some of the loosened dirt and dust onto the freshly-cleaned carpet. A quick vaccuuming easily took care of it, but it was unexpected.

Initial inquiry was very professionally handled, I explained the service needed and was informed a tech can come clean the area rug at my home. I informed of the size and inquired of the price of service which was very reasonable.

Once the technician arrived he informed me of the expectation and began the service. Technician was very professional in his demeanor. Since I had only the area rug, which is sparkling white again...
