Dryer Vent cleaning!

Based our previous experience, we are having our dryer vent cleaned every two years. Jacob arrived on time and did a thorough job from setup to cleanup. He even showed us how much had been cleaned out over the last two years! We were most appreciative and relieved that we will be safe for the next two years. We would definitely use Jacob again and for any of his services.

Jacob is the owner and also the technician that came. I contacted him after hours and got a email that he would contact next business day. He did and we made arrangements for the work. From my initial contact until job was completed, Jacob kept in contact with me. COMMUNICATION. Arrived on time, completed job quickly and correct. Reasonable price. I do recommend.

Touchstone handyman repaired and painted my chimney. Jacob was professional, personable, and very knowledgeable. He calls to let you know when he’s on the way and throughout the job to give updates. Highly recommended and will consider this company for future projects.

We had Jacob from Touchstone come repair our chimney and replace our back door. He was on time and got the work done quickly. He explained what needed to be done and did it. We will be using Touchstone again in the future for our home repairs.

Jacob was awesome!!! He came over to do a chimney sweep for me but after looking told me I didn’t need one and that he wouldn’t feel right charging me for a full sweep. He then took time to walk around my house to see if there were other repairs needed and gave me estimates with detailed explanations. He also pointed out the things in my house that were done well, which I appreciated as I typically only see the bad. I look forward to working with him to get all the projects completed around my house!

Jacob is a wonderful person to have as a handyman!! He helped installed a window unit and repaired a fence post for me. He is very transparent with the job activity and costs, gives you options, and delivers quality work! Super affordable and is my go to handyman for future home projects. Highly recommend!

Jacob replaced and painted new siding for us. He did an EXCELLENT job. We had other contractors give us bids but they were outrageous. Jacob gave us a very reasonable price AND his work was superior. We will definitely be hiring him for future projects.

The only difference is now you'll get a quicker response reaching out online whereas before it was quicker to call but hey, it is 2025.

I am very pleased with the job that Jacob did repairing the drywall around my new laundry room water supply faucets, which the plumber had to cut out installing the faucets. Jacob also re-plastered and repainted the new drywall. I honestly cannot tell that the wall was ever damaged. The job Jacob did was of the highest quality, and at a very reasonable price. Found Touchstone Handyman services by searching online for help to replace my attic ladder. They responded within minutes. Extremely easy to work with, and did an incredible job on the install. Good attitude. Great work. Left everything spotless too. Highly recommended and I'll use again.

Jacob did an amazing job with multiple tasks around our house. He showed up early every day and worked diligently. His personality is a joy and he is a pleasure to talk to. He explained everything he was doing in great detail and answered any questions we had. He did drywall, cabinetry, and replaced an attic ladder as well as laid down plywood throughout the attic. His quote was significantly cheaper than other contractors. I would 10/10 recommend Touchstone Handyman services!

Needed new attic ladder installed and Touchstone came out next day and installed, painted, and applied new trim. New attic ladder looks and functions great, extremely happy with outcome. Will use Touchstone Handyman services in the future, highly recommend for any job.

Great experience ! I had lots of water damage due to a drain leak under my kitchen sink. Everything needed to be rebuilt and replaced including all the drywall on the other side of the sink. Because of the location of the leek it went unnoticed for a few years jugging by the amount of damage. Jacob and Kevin showed up, put together a plain and got started. They were very professional and took pride in the quality of their work. I could not be happier with the outcome and the price was reasonable as well. I am attaching some before and after pic's

I called around several handymen today to get an estimate on fixing my cracked doorframe and replacing the lock plate. Most of the contractors didn’t get back to me. Another company quoted me $1700 for the job while Jacob offered me two options: one that was $350 for a frame and molding replacement and the other that was $200 for nailing the misaligned lock plate into the frame and adding wood pieces and caulking to secure it.

He came to work on the job a few hours after my call and confirming. He was very communicative and patient as I was understanding the options he provided. As he worked he took the time to explain to me what he was doing would be better for the longterm since the foundation shifts and the door may need to be realigned.

I am already thinking of other projects I would love to have Jacob help with and highly recommend his services.
