We’ve got a large dog and a lot of foot traffic on our downstairs tile that was in serious need of a deep clean. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and on my schedule, which was great. The floors are nice and clean again, finally!

The technician arrived within the timeframe promised and was very nice, polite and professional. Got the duct cleaning done quickly and efficiently, vacuumed, removed his equipment and finished our business. The owner contacted me that evening to make sure that we were satisfied, which I appreciated. Very happy to recommend this business.

Repeat customer for Unitex carpet cleaning and I’m still impressed with the responsiveness and superior customer service. I texted asking how soon they could be available I was given a next day appointment, price quote, & with 2 hour window. Manuel showed up within the first hour and got right to it. We even asked for extra service to the rooms and he explained the price increase in detail and got right to it. He did a fabulous job. My carpet looks brand new and my house smells delicious. I have previously utilized the services of this company without encountering any issues. However, two days ago, I scheduled an appointment for service, and they failed to arrive at the designated time despite confirming the appointment and indicating that I would receive a call when they start heading to our address. They did not even extend the courtesy of a phone call to inform us of their inability to make it, resulting in a prolonged wait of over five hours. Currently, we are in the process of moving, and placing our trust in this company has exacerbated the stress associated with this transition.

The whole experience was great. The technician, Ivan, called me 30 min in advance and came on time. Did all 4 of my bedrooms in a timely manner and they looked/smelled awesome. I got a deep cleaning done in the master and two stains from dog were completely gone. Very professional and would recommend to anyone!

This company was able to fit me in into their schedule the same day! The technician Armando was very friendly and quite professional. The staff also was very accommodating to my needs so I would definitely recommend them! If you want to help out a local company at great price and great work too, ahead and call them!

I scheduled a appointment and they came out the next day, and earlier than the time predicted! The gentleman who provided the services was very polite, and thorough of what he was going to do. Great customer service!!! Fast and professional! We also booked our air ducts to be cleaned out with them as well.

Highly recommend this company! I spoke with Nancy in their office to schedule the appointment. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind and courteous and was able to have a technician out the very next day. Ivan called prior to arriving and was promptly on time. He was extremely professional and the carpets looked awesome. Great prices too!

They were able to come out same day to steam clean carpets and clean the air ducts. Very friendly, professional, courteous, informative! And everything looks great and smells wonderful! Highly recommend this company and will use them again.

They came to clean our office right away, after we had water from office next door. The carpets were already dried but needed to be cleaned thoroughly. The service was prompt and very thorough. Manual did a great job!!

We used Uni-tex for carpet cleaning. Booking was easy and an appointment was setup for within a few days of my call. The technician showed up within the allotted time and was completely professional throughout. He explained a few options and made good suggestions. The carpets now look great and all for an extremely reasonable price. We’ll be giving Uni-tex another call when it’s time to have the carpets cleaned again. Great service!
