Jonathan was absolutely wonderful! Professional, kind, and very thorough. You can tell he takes great pride in his work! He got out in this horrible weather to take a second look at our heating unit after the first technician from another company said he couldn't fix it today and left saying he would check back tomorrow. Jonathan showed up quickly and assessed the situation and was able to replace the parts and get us back and running in about an hour. Out family is so grateful for him!

Got super lucky being referred to Jonathan Pratt. Besides being very professional, he was punctual, explained everything he did, was reasonably priced, and most importantly, he did not try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge by selling me unneeded parts or services. Gotta admit that I was nervous about repairs to my AC system because of horror stories I have read and heard over the years. Not the case with Jonathan Pratt!

I respect a business that’s straight forward, values your time, is fair with pricing and isn’t trying to sell you anything extra unless it’s truly beneficial to your life. Jonathan from Pratt pro has earned my respect and my business. The owner Jonathan was on time, very professional and also warm and friendly. He quickly identified the problem with my 17 year old air conditioning unit that sadly wasn’t able to be repaired. Jonathan was back to install the new unit in 2 days versus the weeks all the other companies required to even order the unit I needed. He even suggested an air purifier for my unit since I have terrible allergies. I noticed a difference in my air quality right away after installation. I breathe better And there are virtually no lingering odors in my house any more. Even after cooking something like onions that usually lingers for a day or two. I’m so glad I used Pratt Pro for my new unit and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for exemplary service.

INCREDIBLE!!! Blown out of the water with my experience with Johnathan! Called him last minute for a furnace going out at one of my properties. Jonathan is the man! After calling 5 other AC companies and facing either voicemail or refusal to provide information or quotes over the phone, Jonathan answered immediately. He even guided me through troubleshooting before visiting. Despite it being a Sunday, he promptly fixed the issue. Overall, he's a fantastic guy! I'll definitely rely on him for all future AC and heating needs!

Great service. Jonathon was recommended by another A/C service. He showed up on time and did a great job at a very fair price. He inspected my complete system and told me I just needed to recharge the coolant this time but that I will need to replace my old A/C system in the next few years. I would highly recommend him.

Jonathan is beyond amazing. My husband and and I had two other people come out for AC and thermostat issues. They each told us something different so we wanted a 3rd opinion. Based on reviews we felt good to have Jonathan come to our home. He called me the night before to hear the issue. He came the next day and tested every wire, all the equipment and even put in a new thermostat that unfortunately was a dud from Amazon. He put the old one back on and never charged us extra for the time he took doing this for us. He has the most professional communication, he is honest, punctual and was easy to talk to. He explained everything in full detail. He even explained to us about the wiring for the heat and that is has to be fixed once the cold hits. I refuse to ever go back to the original installer after Jonathan fixed our issues. He is exactly what excellent customer service is! Do not hesitate or look elsewhere, he is awesome! He definitely has a forever customer with us. Best experience! Thank you again!

In all my years I have not come across a more professional and honest contractor, especially in the HVAC business. Most AC companies didn't want help me do a repair on EVAP Coil due to R22 and it's age. Pratt Pro Heating and Air was able to fix my unit at a very fair price. It has never worked better. I will only use them for now on.
