Professional, thorough, honest. We were having a lot of issues with our unit, and finally decided to get it replaced. Jonathan was quick, efficient, and got it done. We were referred to him by another company that we love to use, and were not disappointed. He's very responsive, explains things very well, and knows what he's talking about. He really went above and beyond in what he needed to do, and I feel very confident that we won't have any issues moving forward. Of course if we do, we know who we'll call! Give him a call, you won't be disappointed!

Jonathan Pratt the owner of Pratt Pro, LLC installed a new HVAC system in our home at great price with incredible service. He was scheduled to show up to do the install at 8am and showed up on time and did a great clean job. I love small business that stick to their word, thank you!

We just had Pratt Pro out to look at our AC unit that wasn’t cooling. We were thankful he was available on a Saturday with short notice. He replaced the capacitor outside and recommended maintenance on our second unit. Both are running efficiently now and the house is nice and cool again!! Highly recommend this company!

Pratt Pro was phenomenal! Jonathan was able to give me great advise over the phone which help keep our family from losing thousands to Milestone unnecessarily. He then responded quickly to inspect our non working A/C, and replaced the necessary equipment at a reasonable price. Definitely the right company for a/c needs. Old school honesty, old school professional!

We had Jonathan come out to check our 15 year old system that was not functioning. Ended up needing replacement as the coil had a bad leak that we let go for too long. Fan assembly was never cleaned and had gone out of balance. 🫣

Gave a fair price and had a new system quicker than we thought was possible! Great guy to talk to and he showed us proper maintenance afterwards so we know how to keep up with it now.

Jonathan did a great job servicing the AC unit in our new home. Not only did he tune up and clean the exterior unit, he also insulated an AC pipe in the attic that was dripping condensation onto the bathroom ceiling, and show me how to access and clean the inside AC unit (that was unfortunately full of dog hair and dry wall dust from previous owners / popcorn ceiling removal). Jonathan was very thorough in his inspection and explained all the quirks and details of the unit in really basic terms so I could understand. I absolutely will be calling him up again for any more repairs and tuning!

Eric is top notch. Listened to where I thought the issue was and quickly diagnosed and confirmed a bad TXV. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family. In fact I already have!

I had a great experience here. Ac went out, Mechanic was there with 20mins after calling at 9pm. Figure out the problem pretty quickly, unit was back up in running 30mins. Defiantly would used them in again in emergency

The technician was very prompt and courteous upon arrival. He asked questions about the performance of our system which helped him identify the possible problem area. He gave me explanations of what the problems could be so I could better understand how my unit operates. He then proceeded to check and eliminate the possible problems.
He then proceeded outside to inspect the condensor unit. He troubleshot the condensor and within minutes had located a loose wire that was causing the problem. He reconnected the wire and rechecked the system for proper operations.
The technician then gave me a full report of the problem and his corrective action. He presented me with his business card and said if I had any more problems to call him immediately.

Eric helped me over the phone to have my heating system continue working overnight. The next day he performed a full system tune up. He’s knowledgeable, fair priced and timely.

AC went down at the hottest point of the day. Having a 1 year old daughter we needed it fixed quick. Cold Front came quick and got the job done. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend 100 percent

With the recent cold snap here in Texas I called Cold Front Mechanical last minute and they were courteous and willing to respond within a few hours. They replaced two components that were not allowing my heat pump to run. Very professional and courteous. Quick response time, thank you!

Erick came and and was very professional. He was on time, performed the maintenance in a reasonable time and was honest and thorough with his findings. I highly recommend him and will use him again!!

Do not go through these guys! Did a horrible job on our new install. We have to have a different company come and fix thier mistakes along with a few other issues.

We have used Cold Front for our A/C needs for a few years. I'm a do-it-yourself guy, so I didn't have the maintenance done as I should, and I paid the price. As usual, Cold Front showed up faster than I expected and got us back up and running. They never fail to impress.

When it comes to A/C service this guy is both knowledgeable, and professional. I had an A/C problem that lasted 5 days, And finally came across this guy... he not only answered all of my questions , but he helped me save time and money. I highly recommend him to anyone. I will definitely use him again.
