We have known Eric for about 5 years, and he has always been very professional with his mannerisms and work ethics. Always on time, explains the issues, what cost is involed, and does the work right. It's extremely difficult to find someone who cares, and you can trust, Eric is one of those people. You don't find them very often. If you need your ac serviced , give him a call. You won't be disappointed.

Contacted Eric after noticing our thermostat wasn’t reflecting the correct temp. Being proactive about the situation and not wanting to deal with the trouble of something possibly going wrong, and also being new to the area didn’t know of any reputable business. Eric answered on the first ring, said he’d be able to get to me the same day to check It out. He was actually 15 mins early! He answered all our questions and concerns. I was so satisfied with the service i bought a new thermostat and had Eric come out again to install It for me.

I called Eric because our unit froze up and stopped working early Saturday morning. He came right over and checked everything out for us and he was able to figure out the problem within the first few minutes which was the motor. He even took a video of it. Eric ordered the part Monday morning and came over right away and fixed it. Problem fixed and ac running in less than 30 minutes. Fair price and did not attempt to upsale any services. Very nice and courteous & will use again! Thank you Eric!

Highly recommend 1st Gen. I have an older ac unit. Most other companies would tell me to just buy a new system, but Eric was able to quickly identify the faulty parts and replace them for me. He helped me save a lot of money. He’s very responsive, timely and very professional. Highly recommend!!

Eric is a very respectable & nice young man. He was on time. My ac was down. He diagnosed the problem quickly & installed a temporary part while he went to buy a new part. He did this to get my ac going while he was gone, for my comfort. I'm very pleased with his service & kindness.
