Reached out for a second opinion because the company that installed our unit supposedly found over $2,000 worth of repairs on our 3-year-old ac unit. They were out here the same day I made the call, the parts that needed replaced were under warranty, so for 1/4 of the price we have ac again! I loved how thorough our tec was and will definitely be using 1st Gen in the future!

It was a pleasure for Eric to repair our AC Unit! Our air conditioner stopped working on a really hot day so we called first GEN air conditioning and Eric came out and gave us an estimate immediately…. His price was very fair and we were so impressed with his company and his crew. They did an amazing job! Just had our AC unit blow a short so i called 1st Gen Heating and Air and they were here in under two hours and we were blowing cold air in no time.

I contacted Eric at approximately 5:50 PM on Oct 31 ,2024 and he reached my home within 15 to 20 minutes. Our dog had damaged the wires connected to the outdoor motor. Remarkably, he was able to fix the problem on the same day. Eric was not only kind and informative but also reliable and exceptionally helpful. I called 1st Gen on a Wednesday of the 4th of July weekend. Eric answered and helped me diagnose some of my DIY efforts. When we ran through the same checks, he said he could be here to check it out in person. We concluded it was the compressor unit that failed. He checked the warranty on it had it on Thursday and was ready to work on the holiday. He has over 15years of experience and demonstrated an honest professionalism i genuinely appreciate. We scheduled for 9am on the Saturday, he was on time and went promptly to repairing the unit. By 11am it was blowing cold air again. Eric was transparent about pricing, competitive businesses and listened to my concerns about the process. I’m glad I went with a family owned business whose values are hard work, honesty, and integrity.

Wonderful company! Called Eric at 8 AM and he was here by 9:30. Very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He assessed what needed to be done. Explained it to me, even showed me pictures on his cell phone that he had taken of the compressor outside. Very fair pricing! Would highly recommend his company to anyone! We used 1st Gen to service our a/c unit and clean out our dryer vent. They were prompt and affordable. Eric was our technician. He is very professional and helpful. He also found a problem with our duct work from when the house was built. We were wondering why part of our house never really got cool. I would recommend this company.

I asked for 3 different quotes, and he didn't hesitate giving us all 3 promptly. After seeing all our options, and researching ourselves. We made a decision to upgrade our whole system.
