I wanted to put in a word for 'Wayne Price Heating and Air' the most honest business I've ever used. My air stopped blowing cold on July 20 ...110 degree day...I read some reviews and decided on them and I'm glad I did because they were out to my house quickly and worked for over an hour and with new parts the price was dirt cheap. Great company and ask for Josh if you can get him.

Great team to work with. Have used them for years and I trust them to care for all of our HVAC needs, unquestionably. Awesome communications and work ethic. Highly recommend.

BOTH A/C units were out at my flower shop. They arrived quickly and resolved the separate issues. I was impressed with their knowledge to resolve the problems, speed of solution and overall politeness. They didn’t talk to me like was ignorant. Much appreciated!

Wayne Price and his team are always right there when we need them. I called after hours and immediately received a text asking how they could help. I told them the problem and they scheduled right then. They show up on time, get the job done and clean up after themselves. I’ll never call another HVAC company.

Highly recommend! AMAZING service! We have a brand new unit that was acting up. Had other repair people here with no resolution. Josh from Wayne Price came and spent about 5 hours here one day troubleshooting. With no definitive fix, and said he would consult others and be back in touch. He came back as promised, spent another 5-6 hours and it’s fixed! The work ethic exhibited is nearly unmatched (in my recent experience) and I am so grateful for his attention to detail. As a bonus, he could not have been nicer or more professional! I hope I won’t need another repair, but will use them if I do!

Outstanding. Went above & beyond to make sure everything was done correctly. pressured up the old coil & showed me the leak. Measured air return & intake to make sure everything was correct. Insulated some ducts in the attic that should have been insulated previously. Was very careful to spread covering over carpet they would be walking on & used hospital booties over shoes. Cleaned everything up very nicely before leaving, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend their service.

Wayne and his team are a reliable and trustworthy group that stands out in an industry where sometimes not all is as it seems. Wayne gives 1:1 personal engineering support where required and his technician (Josh) is always on time and willing to explain his work. If you want a locally owned business that does work the right way, I highly recommend this company.

My a/c unit wasn’t cooling the house. Temperature in the house was nearly 80 degrees. I contacted Wayne Price heating and air. I’ve used them many times in the past and I had confidence they would diagnose the problem and repair for a fair price. They worked me their schedule the very next day and were here as promised. The unit is working as good as new

Had an issue with the control power for one of my air handlers. The thermostat had no power due to a blown fuse on the unit.

Wayne Price was at my home first thing and corrected the issues, changed my filters in both air handlers, checked the wiring on the thermostat.

Was done in about an hour. KUDOS to Amber for getting me scheduled as their first stop for the day

I had an issue with my upstairs unit not cooling. Everyone in Texas knows how it feels to be without AC. Miserable. They came out, found the issue and got it resolved within an hour. So thankful to get it up and running properly for a fair price. I am so appreciative for their work and integrity. Those families needing a reliable professional to help them through an unexpected AC issue, Wayne Price is the way to go.

I have used Wayne Price for over 40years and I have never been upset or disappointed with their service or parts! They are not the cheapest around but -you get what you pay for in the HVAC business. With that in mind it is a very good price

I have been a Customer of Wayne Price AC & Heating for a number of years. I recommend them highly. They respond quickly and efficiently and are a family owned business in our Waxahachie area.

Absolutely love Wayne Price as a company, and both Josh and Wayne personally as owners and techs. Our school has used them for a few years now, so when we had a major HVAC replacement to be done, they were my first choice. Their quote was not the lowest, but it was the best, and it was within a close enough range of the others that I didn't find it worrisome. Josh and Wayne spent considerable time looking over every aspect of the work that would need to be done and thought of EVERYTHING ahead of time. Then Wayne spent half an hour with me going over the quotes to make sure I understood everything that needed to be done and exactly what the quote covered. There were ZERO suprises or unexpected expenses, and if you're in charge of a budget, you know how important that is! Josh and his helper were on site nearly every day for weeks, and they are unfailingly pleasant and professional to work with. I just can't recommend these guys enough. You will not be sorry if you use them!

Very impressed with Wayne Price’s tech, Josh! The quick response to my home on January 26, while the area was blanketed in ice, was refreshing!! The service was professional and very friendly!! He got my motor housing repaired and heating my house in less than 2 hours!!

I called Willard Plumbing asking for a price to replace a faucet. I already had the replacement faucet and just needed help with the installation. I was told they could not share any pricing until they sent someone out to look at it, but the service call was only $89 and would be applied to the service price. The plumber that came out was very professional but the price he came up with was close to $600.00. I asked him why it was so high and he told me that all pricing was set by their company and there was nothing he could do. Other than apply a coupon code that brought the price down to $491.97. That price seemed exorbitant, even after having a coupon code applied. Because I had already committed to the service call charge and needed the faucet replaced I felt I had no other choice and went ahead with the repair, which took about 30 minutes. The repair and time to complete seemed excellent, which I believe reflects on the plumber who came out, but I will not call Willard back because I cannot afford them and do not trust their company to have my best interests as the customer.

Stuart was awesome. He has ended up on calls for my A/C a few times. He is thorough and follows up on everything as he commits.

Henri’ was great! He took care of so much in so little time and was very friendly. He was also very respectful. I will definitely ask for him in the future for my electric issues.

They are scam artists. They try to scare you into repairs that aren't even necessary. I've had multiple experiences with them (the only reason that has occurred is because I was under a service program) time after time, they would tell me we need thousands of dollars in repairs. when I had a second opinion come out, the 2nd opinion company would tell me "no the unit is fine" or "no the electrical panel is fine." Please do not use them they are trying to rob people blind, I know I cannot be the only person they have done this to. when I called customer service to report concerns, only the electrical department called me back. Not a peep from HVAC. Run, ALWAYS GET ANOTHER QUOTE. Oh yeah added two pictures this is minor compared to the thousands of dollars that they're robbing people for. they left trash on a recent visit 🙄

Update: I got the membership where they come out and do a system inspection twice a year.
